  1. Totally understand your frustration, I've never heard of a product becoming end of life just 2 years after release which is what happened here and of course that means that less resources then get put into it. It's something we've planned for to get it up to a higher firmware level but with lack of support and also the architectural challenge of it, it's looking unlikely. I'm happy to help troubleshoot your issues if you wish to but understand if you don't.
  2. Esegui un ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica, quindi assicurati di avere il firmware più recente. Una nuova versione non dovrebbe essere troppo lontana.
  3. It looks like potentially a power issue, is it connected to a power extender or direct to a wall outlet? If an extender please try an outlet and see if it works. Otherwise it could be the power adapter, do you have another with similar voltage you could try with?
  4. Yes that has been brought up before so we'll be looking into it.
  5. Glad to hear you got it resolved, I'll close the topic for now!
  6. Based on your response am I to understand that you don't want to continue troubleshooting? Android and Windows devices both have the same random MAC address options, iPhone was just an example.
  7. Where are you testing your bufferbloat exactly using Connection Benchmark or through another site?
  9. As above, no need to do this specifically as UPnP should have you covered but otherwise you'd need to look up online the ports the game uses then add them in. Also you don't need port triggering and port forwarding, one or the other.
  10. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What QoS settings did you specifically use - can you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? Some devices if they connect via a different method e.g. 2.4/5GHz will show as a different device as the MAC address will be different, also some devices like an iPhone have private/random MAC addresses enabled which means anytime it connects to the router it will appear as a new device. Disabling those private/random MAC options will help prevent that happening as well as setting static/reserved IPs for devices so you know for certain a device is what it says it is.
  11. As above you can use Ping Heatmap for that!
  12. Same way as I mentioned above although I don't believe it's working very well for Destiny at the moment due to updates they made
  13. It definitely sounds like some servers need to be whitelisted, either do what I mentioned if you can't wait, we'll get it tested and do it so it applies for everyone.
  14. I've only had one response, asking for further information and a possible reason for it occurring but if you wish to return it that's understandable. If you do a speedtest for example so it's using high traffic consistently does it switch to online? QoS needs to be fine tuned to ensure you don't get any lag, simply having it enabled won't get you the best experience. No we don't have a public facing list of known issues etc.
  15. Great to hear it is working, we haven't had a chance yet to test the game specifically so most likely we need to add some servers to the whitelist. Check the Geo map when you get a crash for something blocked and add it to the allow list, keep doing that until the crashes stop and you should be good to go. If you could give us the IDs for those servers as well that would help a lot!
  16. Okay great so continue reducing the percentages until you find what works best for you. No difference in the way you access Yes both should be used together for the best experience Could you clarify what advanced settings you're referring to? You can use DumaOS Classified Games or also add it with the Games Console service Yes but only in specific cases where you need to ensure a device/application gets a certain amount of bandwidth. In most cases I recommend leaving it at the default settings
  17. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Are any devices connected to the XR via a switch or extender etc i.e. not a direct connection?
  18. Would still recommend have the modem handling that for the moment
  19. It is us, are those devices directly connected to the router? The Device Manager can be a little sensitive and show devices offline when devices are connected but not actively passing traffic
  20. Never mind, you won't have changed the setting then. You don't need to worry about that packet loss, it's not indicative of your overall connection. Are you using Armor? Have you put a device in the DMZ?
  21. You already have access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  22. Have you disabled Share Excess on the Upload for Bandwidth Allocation? Is Congestion Control set to Always, Auto or Never?
  23. Yes when set to disabled I assume it would act as a modem. While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  24. If both are enabled then port conflicts could occur yes but in reality I've not seen anyone encounter issues. Normal is for ethernet connected devices and Gaming/Voice you can use for WiFi.
  25. So forcing you always need Ping Assist set to 0 and strict mode enabled (it is by default) and then use polygons (don't cover your country) or move your location on the map and adjust the radius to cover the countries you want
