  1. Yes please, try it without
  2. Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ Merry Christmas!
  3. Ah understood, we did put some fixes in for the app so make sure you've updated from the app store, if it's still not working it's something we'll be looking at again
  4. Are you leaving the interface open for long periods of time by any chance?
  5. Make sure to re-enable UPnP again and then yes some back to back reboots of the console please
  6. I would say it sounds like the R3 is making the in game ping show correctly compared to the 500. There are a lot of variables in networking so doesn't necessarily guarantee you'll receive the same ping as those in your country. Yes that would be helpful thank you. Happy Holidays!
  7. What are you seeing when you try to access it via a PC? If you reboot the router does it work then?
  8. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait 5 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  9. This is a very old topic so I don't know if this is even applicable anymore
  10. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how is that setup? Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Speed Test/Ping Optimizer use the same servers and we're aware they're not 100% reliable, we'll be looking into that in the new year, for the moment enter your speeds manually. This is likely due to Steady Ping, you can see why it does this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IElhhEi70Pg&pp=ygUHbmV0ZHVtYQ%3D%3D it can be disabled. Reboot the console a few times and UPnP should trigger properly.
  11. You opened inspect element there, if you go to the Network Tab and tick disable cache then refresh the page does it load correctly then?
  12. We're working on the app issue but why wouldn't devices be able to connect to the router without the app working?
  13. That's brilliant to hear, always worth checking those kinds of things! You're very welcome, Happy Holidays!
  14. Vielen Dank für die netten Worte, es wird sicherlich ein großes Jahr für Updates. Frohe Weihnachten!
  15. I'm not sure how its possible for the in game to show lower than what the router is showing. Does the R3 show the same kind of ping as the 500 but the in game is also that 35-50?
  16. Could be a week, it really depends, doing the MAC workaround should let you know. As above can be found in Advanced WAN Settings. Games have processing delay, not all games choose to include it in the ping calculation but CoD does. This is the additional ping you see from the Geo-Filter, anything up to ~30ms on top is okay, anything over that indicates the server is under heavy load and you should try to get a new server. If you haven't adjusted Congestion Control then it will be the extra devices, adjust CC and will work better. I've sent you both the firmware
  17. Are you able to login and access the interface fine on a PC?
  18. No one has requested it thus far and I don't think it's something we would have done naturally. I will make a request for it for potential inclusion in the future.
  19. That's really great to hear, I'm surprised that version fixed it but we'll take the win! You're very welcome, have a great Christmas!
  20. That's really great to hear, I'm surprised that version fixed it but we'll take the win! You're very welcome, have a great Christmas! @liluziflirtttt I believe I've given you the firmware as well, have you had this issue since that update?
  21. Good points above! It could be a device you have connected via ethernet that you have named and then have connected it to WiFi for example as it would show up as a new device.
  22. Could you disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN and try again please? Saw someone had a similar issue and that was the cause. They would yes. You can set the sliders to 100% and that will effectively disable it. It's not necessarily just gaming but low latency traffic, as it mentions it can have some unusual results
  23. What router are you using?
  24. With some servers they are quite hard to force, if that is the case it's a good idea to try with filtering disabled but so you can still see servers on the map and play maybe around 10 times and see if you get connected to the server naturally. Also, may be worth doing a factory reset due to all the firmware upgrades would be good to start fresh and rule out any remnants from previous versions causing issues. Same as the above but I have sent you the firmware just in case
  25. Great to hear! Could you clarify the question please?
