  2. Please try the above, that should get you sorted
  3. It's almost certainly the service you've added, I've never seen anyone add that. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely including from the System Tray Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  4. That's great to here! QoS is now access from this URL: http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb/#smartqos
  5. If you go to Settings > Internet Rules you can do this:
  6. It's nothing to worry about, it just means that the router incorrectly identified traffic as TikTok - we know of a couple of things causing this and there will be a DPI cloud out soon which will improve it. If you could check in Network Activity if you notice the high unknown traffic that will help us identify
  7. Ahhh that makes sense! Don't worry, super easy mistake to make. Thanks for posting the solution, glad to hear you got it working!
  8. You can always email us [email protected] which is usually best for order queries, it's likely we have already sent out your router and you should have received a tracking email. If not please email and I can look into it for you.
  9. So generally it's fine, a couple of points and you can decide from there: DumaOS Classified Games will prioritize all consoles so if you want to go with this you could delete the rules you added Cloud Gaming can be disabled if you're not doing any cloud gaming e.g. streaming games Gaming/Voice is for WiFi, Normal (Default) is if it is connected via ethernet Keeping DumaOS Classified Games and the manual rules would be essentially making the router try to prioritize everything twice so would be best to choose one way or the other. In theory it could create the issue you're having if it's trying to double prioritize.
  10. What do you mean by 5% on the game console exactly?
  11. Have you tried keeping download the same and just adjusting upload? They don't have to be the same percentages and in fact you may get better results with different values for each.
  12. It'll be depending on the time of day/population of those different games/playlists at that time as well as what servers you are restricting the search to
  13. I've given you access, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  14. Where are you testing the speeds specifically, Connection Benchmark or speedtest.net for example? Are ALL devices connected to the XR?
  15. Sign up for Early Access here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ let's get you on that firmware and see whether it fixes it
  16. Connection Benchmark uses different servers so they can show lower results but it doesn't mean it's limiting you as you've seen, otherwise speedtest.net would be similarly low. What results do you get on the waveform test? https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat
  17. I'd say it's probably not the CPU issue though it could be contributing to it, how have you setup your Congestion Control specifically? I've reported every bug/potential issue that has been mentioned. I don't have a specific list of issues that are being actively worked on, there are a lot of devs all working on different things. This weeks update will be a decent sized one with fixes and improvements so should be much better.
  18. I realize this might be a hard one to check but if possible, have the network activity up while you play and if you experience the issue, check to see if you get a big spike or drop in usage briefly and try to identify if there is one what device it came from
  19. It's probably the same issue yes, I'm not sure which firmware a fix will come in but there is an update due this week which has fixes and improvements in. If it's not this update I suspect it'll be the next.
  20. I believe it is the CPU issue you're experiencing, the firmware is due this week and not only will the CPU usage be drastically reduced, the higher ping/jitter caused by it should be resolved as well. As lot of fixes/improvements in this one I believe.
  21. Good advice regarding the videos, that is most likely it. Reason being the ads are served on the same domain as the video itself so if one is blocked the other will be as well. You could just disable it for his device to see how he gets on. If not what speeds are you getting via WiFi? We're looking into UPnP, port forwarding will work instead for the moment. So with steady ping off the Geo ping and in game ping ready exactly the same? New firmware is due this week and will have a lot of fixes/improvements so I expect people will be happy once that's dropped.
  22. If you check Network Activity is anything showing there when you're seeing this high usage?
  23. What firmware version are you on currently? Have you tried a factory reset to see if that helps at all?
  24. The team are looking into it at the moment, I'm not sure if a fix will be in the firmware this week or next yet
  25. If you have another device you can connect via ethernet I would suggest trying that way, otherwise I hate to say it but you may have bought a faulty one
