  1. Okay no worries, thanks for trying, I think it's just something the team will need to improve upon. Glad its playing well though!
  2. Okay so it might not be rebooting and instead disconnecting, when it happens can you access the interface immediately? Do all devices lose internet?
  3. There have been rumblings that Steady Ping has been affecting devices not added to the Geo-Filter so this sounds like it is plausible, thank you for the report, I will pass it onto the team to look into.
  4. You only need to prioritize it in one way so either the device, gaming or the game itself, if you remove all but one does it prioritize correctly. Good advice above for the Geo-Filter aspect.
  5. That is very strange, thanks for the reports, I'll get the team to have a look and see what they can improve!
  6. Not sure it's official but I've sent you the .21 version, let us know how you get on
  7. I've replied in your other topic: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53457-anybody-else-having-trouble-finding-games-with-the-geo-filter-on-mwiii/ let's continue there
  8. In addition to the above could you provide a screenshot of the page showing what you see please?
  9. Sent to you all via PM. Yes it's possible to downgrade if you have the firmware file for the version you want
  10. No worries, no I can't foresee any issues, the devices connected to the XR should appear on the device manager of the R3 so you can manage them individually with DumaOS 4
  11. That's really great to hear, thanks for the update, I've passed your suggestion along. You're very welcome!
  12. Good suggestion, I'll pass that onto the team!
  13. Great to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  14. I think it's just general VoIP and there are no specific applications included
  15. That doesn't make any sense, if anything I would have expected it to be the other way around. If you have the R3 using DHCP, have you put the R3 in the DMZ on the ISP modem/router? You will need to do that to ensure traffic isn't interfered with - that could be why it's better with the R3 handling PPPoE/VLAN as there is nothing upstream interfering, however the DMZ as I mentioned should achieve a similar affect.
  16. Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 30 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Wait 4 minutes, then try accessing please, do a normal reboot and see if it has reset again please.
  17. We are aware of some UPnP issues so that will be resolved, in the meantime utilizing port forwarding should allow you to get an open NAT. Also, If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Steady Ping can stabilize a game when you're unable to ping a server so both don't need to be happening for it to work. If you're playing on a console, try this, remove the console from the Geo-Filter and in the Device Manager change it to a PC then re-add it to the Geo-Filter, does it work better then?
  18. Are you seeing anything on the map at all when it says in active?
  19. What platform are you playing the Finals on? When playing does SmartBOOST show traffic?
  20. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing on the map when it is connecting you outside the radius please?
  21. On SmartBOOST when you're playing is it actually detecting and prioritizing traffic and so just not being shown or is it not prioritizing at all? The WiFi should be comparable yes, try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  22. You're very welcome, thank you for the kind words. That's fair enough, new firmware will start coming out next week so you should see lots of improvements then.
