  1. Thanks for that! Doesn't look like it's a server issue unless it was so brief it doesn't register but what spikes did the Geo-Filter show, was it small or one massive one?
  2. Thanks a lot for that, they're probably the weirdest logs I've seen so far so I'll definitely need to pass that onto a dev to have a look
  3. Sign up for Early Access here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and we'll get you on that version and see if it works better
  4. Does both the Geo-Filter ping and in game ping stay stable when that happens? Could you provide a clip of what you're seeing as well if possible please?
  5. Interesting, do you have the log by any chance?
  6. Thank you for that, I'm going to talk to a dev about this and get back to you.
  7. What firmware version are you on currently?
  8. Games Console or DumaOS Classified Games would work best for the console. 70% is a good starting point but may not work best for everyone, best to experiment with the percentages to find what works best for you
  9. Glad to hear it's working now, may have just needed a little to show
  10. I hear you on that one, so worth it once it's done though! Thanks, luckily that job isn't for me, we'll get there for sure.
  11. Interesting, could you open command prompt and enter tracert 173.244.206.44 press enter and then provide a screenshot of the results please?
  12. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, close the tab, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please
  13. Scheduled for this week!
  14. Those settings sound good, I'd suggest lowering Congestion Control though to 70% and experimenting from there. It's important to note that there is no way to guarantee a perfect game all the time, there are many variables in networking and some are outside your control
  15. That would make sense then, that'll get fixed
  16. Still scheduled for this week
  17. Are you rebooting the router at all? It shouldn't revert otherwise
  18. Sorry I meant IPv6 in LAN/WAN should be disabled. If you don't have access to the modem it won't be in bridge mode as that could only be done to one device but it would explain why we can't connect. Let me know once you've disabled IPv6 and we'll try again.
  19. Haha thank you for the kind words, it's much appreciated!
  20. What page is it you're specifically seeing it on? Did it happen after changing settings etc?
  21. Good suggestion above for a test. Otherwise could you do it via ethernet, just wait for it to connect then get the logs from the router please? Also let me know the time you turned it on roughly and then the time it actually connected
  22. That's fair enough, there should be a lot of fixes and overall improvements in the new update so if it's still not working then it should be a lot easier to narrow down for the devs
  23. You can't affect who connects to your servers unfortunately but if you're close to the server then you should have an advantage.
  24. Okay thank you, I think that does give some credence to my theory, I'll get the team to look into it thank you.
  25. Not specifically no, probably the easiest thing to do is reboot the modem, then after that make the change having only turned on/connected the console
