  1. What are your other devices connected to, the ISP modem/router?
  2. What are your normal speeds and what are they reducing to? You said Congestion Control turned off but did you disable SmartBOOST fully? How many devices on the network are being used at the times of these slowdowns?
  3. Connect direct to your ISP modem/router, do you get the same issue?
  4. What do you mean by lock up exactly? You shouldn't need to do a factory reset every time on the R3 no.
  5. Couldn't say exactly, they'll need to re-test, collect as many incorrect servers as possible to get an idea of all the ranges being used and then correct them, test it on an actual router and then slowly roll it out. Sometime this week if I'm being optimistic and sometime next week if I'm being realistic.
  6. It would reserve bandwidth for every game with that rule so you don't need to make lots of rules - also if a specific game on SmartBOOST becomes out of date you may then need to make this rule anyway to compensate
  7. Great to hear that, all good, no it shouldn't cause any issues!
  8. Great thank you very much, that's really helpful, I'll check in with the team to see if the cloud was updated (sounds like maybe it hasn't been) and see if we can get this corrected asap
  9. We don't announce any hardware until we're ready to, that being said we're focused on this big update right now
  10. We've been working on two new significant features, that is why there hasn't been a firmware update for awhile but it will be worth it
  11. No, start 1024 - end 65535
  12. Okay that looks fine - it is a beta but it's been out quite a while now, it's fairly stable
  13. Excellent, you're very welcome! I'd opt for speedtest.net - there are so many servers available that it is going to be testing the very closest server to you
  14. No not specifically, all I could see was LAN port 4 went down for no specific reason and then devices renewed their IPs. The latter may have caused the former. In which case my suggestion will resolve the issue. Why do you need to factory reset so often?
  15. Okay good to hear. You can have reservations but you're reserving ALL ports/protocols which is then covering speed tests/general browsing etc. Switch 1 to 1024 instead, then see if it still throttles correctly, if so that's great, you'll get expected speeds/Congestion Control working correctly and it will reserve bandwidth for gaming.
  16. Go to Settings > DHCP > Add Rule > Select Device > Save & repeat for each device. Also in DHCP settings set the lease to 10,000. Make those changes, reboot the router from the interface and see if it happens again
  17. Once you initiate it on the device you'll have a couple of minutes to do it on the router, it may take a few tries to get it, let us know if not
  18. Thanks for these, I've asked the team to reset it and put out another cloud update
  19. What devices are you specifically trying to connect to 5GHz with? If you make a guest network for 5GHz can they connect to that?
  20. Can you provide another screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? I would also suggest you upgrade to the beta firmware so you get the latest cloud updates: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535
  21. What do you mean by can't recognize it exactly? Thanks for the report, we'll need to re-test it and make a cloud update - if you can provide the IDs (IPs that have been converted into a code so end user doesn't see the IP) then we can update it more quickly
  22. Thanks for that, can you remove your bandwidth reservations please and try again
  23. @oRaGaMi do resync the cloud just in case, they should have been sorted but otherwise please do provide the IDs
