  1. You should have access yes: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  2. It doesn't matter, you can use either
  3. Interesting, as you know the purpose of the router isn't to get you servers far away but I'd suggest trying this: Keep that server fully denied Set Geo to USA Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes Plug in, wait 2 minutes then try searching in for a game, does it allow you to connect?
  4. Currently yes it's limited at 50% - we'll likely remove this cap in a future update
  5. The DPI update for it is being tested currently and then it'll roll out incrementally just in case there are any issues, just keep checking and it will come
  6. You need to request it, it's not an open link. I've added you so should work now.
  7. That one will be an authentication server but thanks for the ID I will get that moved. I wonder if because it's connecting you to the close auth server whether that is overwriting the settings that you want to play in the US - obviously there will a big ping difference which is probably why it is happening. You shouldn't be able to but if you try to deny that server does it work?
  8. Make sure you have speed test bypass disabled then start at 95%, do a test, go down by 10%, test, rinse repeat until you get to a good value then try 5% either side of that
  9. This is my 2cents, I don't have complete information: We try to optimize our software as much as we possibly can - hence why we'll be able to run DumaOS 4 that was developed on the R3 on the older R2. Other companies may not have this level of software optimization. I suspect the power of WiFi etc then requires more powerful hardware to sustain it Probably marketing! In a competitive landscape saying you have 10000Gbps WiFi for example stands out, while technically true/capable rarely anyone will see that benefit
  10. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  11. Thank you as always!
  12. I responded in your other topic but it's likely that username is not the one to access the interface
  13. You already have it
  14. This is the username for the interface, it's unlikely that you've set your email for this? By default it is admin / password you would have been able to change it in the wizard when you initially setup but it's unlikely you made the username that long
  15. If you're unable to connect to the server ever with the Geo-Filter disabled then it is likely that the server is not always available to be connected to/is used as an overflow server so it won't necessarily be possible to connect with the Geo-Filter either. The Geo-Filter helps you to force servers but those servers have to be open to you connecting to them.
  16. Please make a topic for your issue and we can help you there. Also include an ipconfig there. Can't see your pictures either
  17. You hadn't requested, you have access now
  18. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  19. No drawbacks, the PC service itself likely needs updating. Is the device being prioritized at the time/do you see traffic for it in Network Monitor? Did you put the PC in the DMZ by any chance?
  20. Based on your posts you would be outside the return period now
