  1. Nothing yet unfortunately but we're still trying
  2. So it's actually connecting outside the radius? What does the symbol for the server look like when you're connected to it?
  3. It shouldn't be putting you in servers far away but it might be blocking you from getting a game which we're looking into, they may be using proxies/relays which makes it more difficult
  4. No I don't think that would have affected it, what is the issue exactly?
  5. Move your home location/reduce the radius size so milan isn't included
  6. Realistically it shouldn't make any difference, the perceived difference should be minute at best but yes in theory that could be what is happening.
  7. Ah interesting, are you using PPPoE, VLAN or IPv6 by any chance? If so that's probably why, if you have the ISP modem/router handle that instead then QoS would work better.
  8. It would be better to make your own topic for this. In that topic, while connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results there please. It needs to be requested, you have access now
  9. If it doesn't work for you, it's not as simple as CoD to filter, seems they're using proxies/relays so may take longer to get working on our end.
  10. We're looking into currently - it's not as simple as CoD to filter, seems they're using proxies/relays so may take longer to get working.
  11. Try: Experiment with the widths Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _ Sounds weird but if it's close to a microwave that will cause it to disconnect
  12. Can you access properly using either of these links? http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net
  13. There are many servers for just one location so adding one to your deny list won't be enough, you'd have to keep adding them, this is why it would be best to exclude the entire area from your radius instead
  14. Try Simple Mode instead of polygon, does it work better then?
  15. What is the area you're covering? Do you know there are definitely servers in that location?
  16. Early Access is quite stable generally but here you are https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/ksyvf44z7yted5pmjpagy/DumaOS-R3-4.0.21.sig?rlkey=cx9tu193eot9520o1vawzs4di&st=n06cvrcp&dl=0
  17. No you won't lose any features at all. Keep us posted!
  18. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  19. It may be mislocated, disable filtering mode and just play normally and see if the servers you get if any of them show a ping you would normally expect from a Texas server. If you do then provide the IDs and we can correct the locations.
  20. Okay thanks for the heads up, I'll see if the team can look into it.
  21. The first best thing to try would be to try the latest firmware in Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ and see if it's any better after that - you do not need to factory reset the router after the update.
