  1. We believe we know what the issue is and it should be fixed in the next version. In the meantime, could you in DHCP settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range & apply. Also set the DHCP lease to 10000, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  2. Have you set a different DNS on the devices themselves?
  3. Are you trying to play together or separately? In WAN Settings set NAT to Open and then check again please
  4. The focus is ensuring a low ping, so we can't guarantee better hit detection etc though it should be better on a low ping. We will add support for it yes but as I mentioned if you don't have many servers around you then it may not be as helpful to you.
  5. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  6. I don't know why people jump to that conclusion - we have said it will come to the R2 (literally as we launched the R3, if our goal was to maximize R3 sales that would have been a poor way of doing it) and it will. We do not give out any ETAs, when it is ready it'll be made available.
  7. If you can provide the ID of the Poland server on the Geo-Filter I can give it to you. The server IPs/IDs won't necessarily match on Heatmap/Geo.
  8. Not sure which router you're on but copy the WAN IP from the System Information page or WAN Settings page (if on the R3) and then enter it into the DMZ setting on your ISP modem/router interface - could be in WAN/Firewall/Security settings.
  9. Could be the above. That'll be local traffic as it wouldn't be possible to go above your internet speeds
  10. Great catch thank you, I can reproduce it, I will pass it onto the team.
  11. Great to hear, thanks for the update! Thanks @Caution for your solution!
  12. Thank you for the update that it's working for you. Took a little while but we got there, thanks for your patience!
  13. Uninstall then reinstall the phone app and see if you can login then please
  14. The Geo-Filter isn't a VPN so it doesn't make your physical location appear to be somewhere else, if it was that way your ping would be even higher. The location on the game doesn't need to change to be able to force servers further away. Is your DumaOS router in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router? You will need to do that to get an Open NAT. What do you mean by "Is there a difference between geo filter and no lag geo filter ?"
  15. You're on an old firmware version, update to the latest here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/ and should be better after that
  16. Does Network Monitor show any traffic for the devices if you go on YouTube for example?
  17. Yes it should work just the same on the XR1000 - just so you know the XR series won't get DumaOS 4 so won't be any new features coming to it
  18. They believe they know what the issue is and it'll be fixed in the next version
  19. That was just a check thanks, re-enable it and resync the cloud please. There will be a server being blocked most likely but I believe we added it in an update.
  20. It does yes, if you uninstall and reinstall the app does it work then?
  21. If you disable the Geo-Filter, do you continue to get the port issue? Unfortunately the logs won't have anything in them after a reboot. It is on the bug list so we'll get that sorted.
  22. You don't need to disable UPnP on either. No you shouldn't use both options. Not necessary to DMZ console on R3 - UPnP or port forwarding should get you open but you can resort to DMZ if required
  23. As you know I'm not providing any ETAs, it will come once its ready and in a good place
  24. I've no idea to be honest, of course smart devices are always in a 'listening' state so I would expect some sort of constant traffic but that does seem excessive. Yes quite possibly when it's at that level
  25. It is a complete overhaul of the operating system, some features completely rewritten and it's free, we're not going to put something out that isn't ready
