  1. Where are you measuring the ping exactly? How have you setup the Geo-Filter/Congestion Control/SmartBOOST?
  2. You should see it on the Geo-Filter as an option for PC/in Traffic Prio but its not been added to Heatmap. Not every game has been added to Heatmap as the list would be very long otherwise! We're looking at better ways of organizing it so we can add more there without it appearing overwhelming.
  3. It looks to be purely visual, I have the same thing appearing on mine, thanks for the report, I will pass it on.
  4. It'll be the option Client Identifier ID you would need which the R3 does support, it's in WAN Settings
  5. The simple ping is minimum 5 so doesn't need to be available for expert as if you want to go higher that's when you then go to expert if you see what I mean
  6. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  7. To answer your points: We are aware of this so that'll be fixed. How often is it occurring, every day, every few days etc?
  8. It hasn't been 24 hours since you provided that information. We do our best to reply as soon as possible but can't always reply that quickly. I will reply via email today.
  9. Ping Heatmap just shows servers so they're not required to be shown there for the Geo-Filter to work correctly. Are you having a specific issue?
  10. Ah I see, it's actually doing that on the Network Monitor page itself. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  11. What happens when you try in the app, is it blank as well?
  12. Added, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  13. It does do a speed test when testing the ping under load so it should saturate or come very close yes
  14. Haha no worries, at least it's a quick resolution!
  15. It will become available in the next firmware version we release. I believe it says that on the app as we didn't expect the app to be approved so quickly (took a day rather than the weeks it normally does)
  16. Really the only thing to do is to experiment with the Congestion Control percentages, that is the only thing that will lower the ping under load
  17. Make sure you updated to the latest app version, if you have then uninstall it and then reinstall it and try again please
  18. I mean at least in this example it's because you've put dumoos rather than dumaos, does that then work?
  19. You'll need to sign up here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and then we can give you access
  20. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. There was an app update a few days again but shouldn't affect this. If you do it in the web browser does it work then?
  21. You're using Ping Assist and Geo-Latency which can happen with both of those enabled. Disable Geo-Latency and see if it adheres more to Ping Assist.
  22. You don't need an email/password, its the same credentials you use to access the interface in your browser
  23. Right-click on the Network/WiFi Windows Network Icon on the PC on the bottom-right hand side of your screen Open Network and Sharing Center. Click Change Adapter Settings. Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Then set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  24. No interference that way, that is how they should be connected. If you can move the R3 to the other side of the room, that may help with the slow speeds in the other room
  25. What was your solution in the end?
