Definitely haven't seen this issue before, if you're not able to unblock it properly the only way to get it connected again would be to change the MAC address of the device itself so the router thinks its a different device

No specific PS5 settings needed, just what you would normally do concerning Geo/SmartBOOST etc

Where are you seeing this error exactly? Is it happening on loading a page or after changing a setting etc?

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR?

You don't need to unplug the router everyday - they're designed to be always on and use very little power. Make your settings changes then reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes, then everything should be saved if you unplug again

Disconnects should be resolved, are you still experiencing this with the Early Access version? The Ping Optimizer servers may not always be available and so can fail sometimes, we're rewriting the feature as well currently. Where are you seeing additional latency/packet loss etc and how much is added. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

I don't think we've specifically tested the game yet but try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client This should at the very least allow you to see servers.

That's great thanks, In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
