No specific PS5 settings needed, just what you would normally do concerning Geo/SmartBOOST etc

Where are you seeing this error exactly? Is it happening on loading a page or after changing a setting etc?

Problem QoS netduma XR1000
Netduma Fraser replied to dasert's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? -
guardar configuración de router
Netduma Fraser replied to jacksonpujols's topic in Netduma R2 Support
You don't need to unplug the router everyday - they're designed to be always on and use very little power. Make your settings changes then reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes, then everything should be saved if you unplug again -
Why does the ping optimiser stop?
Netduma Fraser replied to digital_steve's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Disconnects should be resolved, are you still experiencing this with the Early Access version? The Ping Optimizer servers may not always be available and so can fail sometimes, we're rewriting the feature as well currently. Where are you seeing additional latency/packet loss etc and how much is added. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode -

Netduma R3 filtering and Arena breakout infinite pc beta
Netduma Fraser replied to GinjaBrad's topic in Community Discussion
I don't think we've specifically tested the game yet but try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client This should at the very least allow you to see servers. -
I've given you Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
-
You have Early Access, try the firmware there and those features should work better https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
-
No it won't be coming to the R1 unfortunately. It'll only be on the R2 and R3.

Problem with ipv6 on xr500
Netduma Fraser replied to dusky's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Yes that's exactly right -
I've given you Early Access where it should be improved on the firmware there but I believe we're actually in the process of rewriting the feature. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

Problem with ipv6 on xr500
Netduma Fraser replied to dusky's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
That's great thanks, In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects. -
In Game Latency Does Not Match Net Duma's Latency
Netduma Fraser replied to SGS's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of custom for the radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. -
Problem with ipv6 on xr500
Netduma Fraser replied to dusky's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Yes I would say so -
It's a feature only on DumaOS 4 on the R3 and won't be coming to the XR range

In Game Latency Does Not Match Net Duma's Latency
Netduma Fraser replied to SGS's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thanks, I'll pass those IDs onto the team to take a look. No it's not that extreme, game servers if you ping them directly will not respond to your ping. We try to be clever so it will respond to our ping but in some cases it may not be able to ping at all. The Geo-Filter is still working getting you a game within your radius, it's just not able to detect the ping properly. -
I understood that, that's what I mentioned in 2. That would be a bug, we wouldn't intentionally make it so it would do that and I've not seen anyone report it, try the Early Access version and I'm sure you'll be happier with it.
