  1. The NAT server doesn't really matter, it's just a server they're using to check whether you have an Open NAT. It won't be affecting your game ping at all. "game servers are in my area, but I feel like I route to the UK then back to the US West. Just a thought..." what ping are you getting the servers in your area? How have you setup Congestion Control/SmartBOOST?
  2. Can you provide a screenshot of the HVPN page then please?
  3. Do upgrade because other things like the CPU improvements could benefit it. Did you just add your entire PC then?
  4. Sorry, on the QoS page, if you add the device to Traffic Prioritization with the YouTube service does it trigger?
  5. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
  6. Yeah but it's a good backup to have them both enabled, especially in this case we want to make sure it's always prioritizing. So when gaming you don't have the interface up?
  7. I think you'll need to factory reset the router so you can use the default credentials and go through the wizard and change the details there
  8. We may need to update the service, without a VPN do you see YouTube come up on SmartBOOST?
  9. What web browser/device are you using to access?
  10. I'll chase it for you but I can't guarantee whether it'll be included in time for it but I'll do my best
  11. That can happen sometimes as not all servers are pingable, in that scenario check the ping in game
  12. What firmware version are you on currently and can you provide a screenshot of how you've added your devices to the VPN please?
  13. That's good to hear, thanks for the update!
  14. Access routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm and continue the update through to RC14 and see if it works after that please
  15. Yeah please wait until it happens again, those are fine to show
  16. Can you try accessing via http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net please and see if it works? 192.168.1.13 isn't the default IP to access
  17. You will need to add them to your allow list, attempt the connection/send the invite and then look on the map zoomed out for an icon that is blocked. Click it, add to your allow list and that should prevent it going forward so you can connect and filter at the same time.
  18. A network switch that provides you with more ethernet ports
  19. Thanks for the info, as well as your activity priorities also add the devices specifically as well. Also, when you're all using the internet/gaming are you leaving the interface on constantly?
  20. Thanks for the suggestion, I will add it to the list, can't promise it'll be done though
  21. That's fine just click go to DumaOS and you'll be able to access the interface and make any changes
  22. Upgrade to this: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ then do a factory reset after and see if it still happens please
  23. Have you changed the LAN IP to access the interface as that isn't the normal IP. What router/firmware are you using?
  24. I'll respond to your topic/in Early Access
  25. That's definitely helpful for troubleshooting purposes, in terms of feature offerings though they are on the same level. The only difference between the two is the CPU I believe but they're the same speed
