  1. Are you saying that it just does the one test rather than test, use percentage, test, different percentage etc?
  2. It really depends, there is no set timeframe. It is possible we're not classifying traffic originating from DumaOS itself i.e. HVPN traffic isn't classified as OVPN
  3. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  4. He thinks it could actually be because you're not on the beta so could you go ahead and upgrade to that and see if it appears please?
  5. I've just updated the top part, replace that in your config and see if it works better please: client dev tun proto tcp remote us-sea.prod.surfshark.com 1443 nobind tun-mtu 1500 mssfix 1450 ping 15 ping-restart 0 reneg-sec 0 remote-cert-tls server auth-user-pass #comp-lzo verb 3 fast-io cipher AES-256-CBC auth SHA512
  6. The only thing I can recall which might affect it is whether you're using TAP or TUN - I can't remember which one it is but at least for iOS it wouldn't work on one but would on the other so try both methods and see if you can get one to connect. I feel like it might be TAP that worked most reliably.
  7. We know why that's happening, it should be fixed in the next version, I've PM'd you for logs.
  8. It will be due to how you have Congestion Control set - likely download close to 50% - adjust how that's set and you can restore it if that's what you wish.
  9. Do you have an open NAT on the console/in game with this rule added?
  10. It's common that changing network settings like that would result in a disconnection, it should restore itself within 30 seconds or so - how long are you waiting before rebooting? What firmware version are you on? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  11. We don't support that kind of VPN usage unfortunately so I can't help with that - you don't need to forward ports for the VPN to work though
  12. If those are the correct ports then yes the rules you've made there are correct
  13. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  14. Go to Settings > WiFi > Advanced and then split bands is at the bottom of that screen
  15. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes before trying to access and then it should load correctly
  16. Go to WiFi Settings on the router, click split bands. The R3 2.4GHz network will appear on your phone wifi list to connect to.
  17. No hard limits no, you can set the reserve so it can get that much if it needs it/wants it - if it's not using that much then other devices can use the bandwidth. In this scenario Congestion Control is the best thing to use to prevent it causing you to lag. Also if you have speedtest bypass enabled then it will be bypassing your Congestion Control settings, disable that and it will help too.
  18. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing from the web browser please?
  19. If you attach the files here then I can put them together into one config for you
  20. What is the model of the phone exactly? You may need to split the WiFi bands and connect it to 2.4GHz instead
  21. You can try but it may be difficult to do so - I don't know if a phone can open those files or not
  22. Did you disable DHCP by any chance?
  23. All you need to use is the notepad that comes with windows, alternatively something like Sublime Text would work. If you're still struggling provide the configs and I'll take a look.
  24. Okay thanks, I'll let the team know to have a look
