  1. That's fair enough, it's there if you would like it, perhaps just monitor the topic for the moment
  2. I suspect it's trying to connect you to a server outside the radius when that happens - zoom out fully and check next time it happens, do you see anything blocked?
  3. Let us know if it happens again. You'll need to email [email protected] regarding that
  4. Glad to hear about the NAT! I can't think of any reason it would specifically block you from playing on a specific server unless there are any servers in your denied list or isn't in your radius etc. Could you let me know about any settings you've adjusted from their defaults?
  5. Do you have both consoles in the Geo-Filter or just one? Is it the party leader or the non party leader being kicked? Is the one being kicked the one in the Geo-Filter?
  6. There is an auto update function in Settings that will get you onto the latest. I've added you to the beta so you can try that if you wish. That message can occur if you have a browser based Adblocker enabled or you're using/the browser is forcing you to connect via HTTPS to the interface. Disable those and see if it happens without error.
  7. Added everyone that has asked so far. Please read the top post carefully before choosing to install: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57738-new-xr1000xr1000v2-beta-firmware-dumaos-33688/
  8. I'm not sure what that means but we can't provide cloud updates for specific firmware versions. It would also require the team to be available to do so which they won't be until new year unfortunately. Can you provide a screenshot of the error please?
  9. It can struggle to ping games sometimes as the game servers don't respond to pings so that is normal. For game pass though I would recommend the following: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works any better.
  10. You don't need to prioritize both - prioritizing on demand texture streaming essentially prioritizes a consistent download while playing and so it could result in a worse experience but as always experiment and find what works best for you
  11. I feel like the above has to be the solution as it doesn't make sense why only that specific program would be encountering the issue - if everything else works through the router then it indicates an issue elsewhere, i.e. the program or the PC
  12. They weren't able to fix a few issues that blocked release prior to Christmas so it will come early new year now I suspect, sorry for the delay.
  13. Well yeah, if you're chat banned they will prevent people from being able to hear you. Presumably because people have reported you for whatever reason
  14. We did put out a cloud update that supports you being able to prioritize the game, unsure on filtering currently
  15. Thanks very much for posting your solution, that's really helpful!
  16. Are you changing Geo-Filter settings while you're already on the game? If so that will be why, you'd need to restart the game for it to then take effect.
  17. I don't think access control is on that router and if it is then it would be disabled by default. Try this:
  18. Added you both Reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 4 minutes then access and see if you get internet
  19. You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  20. You're very welcome, hope you had a great Christmas, do let us know how you get on
  21. Could be a few things, the speedtest.net server being used is similar to the above, however you can change this so check it's one of the closest to you. The other thing could be that the cable connecting the R3 to the modem is limited, in which case try swapping out the cable, even if it is the one we provided and check again. Test over ethernet if you can ideally. Otherwise for WiFi try this: Split the WiFi bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
