  1. If you've done all the above settings then it shouldn't be able to get past no, unless we've whitelisted a server incorrectly or they're relaying you through a server you can connect to which doesn't seem to be the case. Do you get the same issue still with the normal radius?
  2. Reboot the router and grab a screenshot of how it appears on the Switch - you can remove the second DNS
  3. It's perfectly safe to do so, the router does have a firewall. I'm not certain whether it will fix the issue or not until you try it.
  4. Added. No HybridVPN and DumaOS 4 features won't be coming to any of the XR range Added
  5. You get access to this subforum: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ where you can download it from
  6. Use manual settings & set a static IP on the Switch with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  7. Nothing we can really do to combat that happening unfortunately. What platform are you playing on?
  8. Could you provide the logs from the router when it next happens please?
  9. I don't know about that but they'll have their terms that they think you must have broken. No worries, not sure if both consoles have Discord but that could be an alternative option
  10. On the switch, what details is it giving for the network, i.e. the IP etc? Can you provide a screenshot please?
  11. There is a big enable/disable button so I'm sure you're doing it right. In Settings > WAN, set NAT to Open and try again please
  12. They can say inactive that's fine, if you disable the Geo-Filter do you get the same issue?
  13. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  14. As in it is literally changing the server the game is hosted on throughout? That can happen with server migration, I didn't think it happened too much anymore but given the time of year it is possible they're doing that to shuffle the load between servers to keep a somewhat stable experience. I presume you haven't noticed that happen pre the last week or 2? Steady ping won't always be able to stabilize, especially if it can't ping the server
  15. It's normal, it's not a reason or indication why it's not working. It's likely a specific issue with the switch/it needs something specific to be enabled/disabled given all other devices are working on the router so it's very unlikely the router is doing anything specifically to prevent it connecting. There are a few suggestions here https://www.nintendo.com/en-gb/Support/Nintendo-Switch/Troubleshooting/The-Nintendo-Switch-Console-Cannot-Find-Your-Wireless-Network-1322533.html?srsltid=AfmBOor8KX2bGcivX-udRu0tRdxNFz9uwJFAw9jDwsXPOs64twrh72lP
  16. Yeah that is a conundrum as well tbh, something I will need to discuss with the team when they're back
  17. Don't have one of the consoles in the DMZ, that could be the issue. Disable the port forwards as well, just use UPnP and check if you get the same issue
  18. The white circle will be because you allowed it and then the triangle will be because Ping Assist blocked it. The most likely cause is there are a lot of servers in that location that are mislocated which it's trying to connect you first, with the IDs we can check and move if needed
  19. Disable Adblocker on the router and then try it again please
  20. It's not stuck or anything, it is connected to the router, just not the internet. There is an option in Advanced WiFi settings, PMF, could you toggle that and then try it again please. If it doesn't work, make sure you're connected to 2.4GHz and it's using WPA2 not WPA3 and try
