  1. Thanks for the request, I'll pass it onto the team
  2. Thanks, I will pass it on - realistically though you're never going to see that many connections at once when gaming
  3. You mentioned you have the XR, perhaps you could use that ahead of the R3 for a week and see instead with that if you see the same issue
  4. As long as it's not causing you a disconnection it's fine, not necessarily normal but fine. Are you encountering issues with the log entries you've described? DPI class is a common log entry.
  5. Could you clarify exactly how it's telling you it's not working? What exactly are you seeing?
  6. This isn't one of our features so we may not be able to help fully but how is ReadyShare setup on the router? Any settings there you may need to adjust?
  7. I can't tell what it's asking really but you shouldn't need to change anything further, put it in and that's it
  8. It's assigning IPs to devices which is fine - are you encountering issues with these logs? The logs are primarily for the devs, they show background processes, many of which can look like errors but are normal.
  9. You're very welcome, do let us know how you get on
  10. Yes that's the right one - you'll be hard pressed to find anyone commenting there who doesn't have something to resolve, it is a support forum after all but the only way to be sure is to try it yourself.
  11. For QoS I'd suggest putting the Congestion Control download percentage down, try 70% and experiment from there. Priority on the fritz I don't think would be correct, the DMZ - I think it's called exposed host on the fritz, put the XR WAN IP (found on the XR System Information page) in it
  12. We had to upgrade you to DumaOS 4 and factory reset it, you can stay on the DumaOS 4 beta update or you can downgrade to the one you wanted. Let me know if it didn't work and if you want to stay on the beta update and I can add you to the early access section.
  13. This would just be the port forwarding section on the R3 and you make those rules as above. If you're on PC that's what you should do. If you can then the R3 should be in the DMZ on the NG router. If you're playing on console then you could put that in the DMZ on the R3 instead of doing those port forwarding rules.
  14. I've given you Early Access so you can try the firmware there: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ Regarding your NAT, it could be CG-NAT, could you run this test and let us know the results please? https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-3/open-nat/#cg-nat
  15. Never heard of it but I'll pass it along to the team
  16. This is why it's not a great idea to go to such an old version as there are sometimes big issues that needed to be resolved. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Console tab. Then paste and enter this command: await duma.RPCHandler.PostRPC({rapp: "com.netdumasoftware.config", method: "get_time_zone", params: []}) see if that allows you to get past the Setup Wizard.
  17. We're looking into it, it's by no means a done deal and it may well be too difficult but we'd like to yes. Is that error actually producing issues for you?
  18. Steady Ping won't always be able to stabilize a game, we're working on a new ping method which may be able to help increase the consistency. The tighter you restrict the longer it will take you to get games so do consider encompassing a few servers within your radius and the speed of getting games should be much faster.
  19. I believe in older firmware versions it did apply to other things as well but on newer firmwares it should just apply when gaming/when you're connected to a game server
  20. That message means you've already added the same device with another service and the contents of those services are conflicting with each other. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode How have you setup QoS?
  21. Added
  22. You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
