  1. Please provide a screenshot of LAN and WAN Settings
  2. The only way that would be happening is if you're clicking the sign in with facebook button. I'm not seeing a FB account associated with your account either
  3. It can work but it's possible they're blocking VPN IP addresses. Also if you're selecting a server very far away then you may be hitting a ping limit preventing you getting a game
  4. If the R3 is in the DMZ on the Hub and then as a test you put your PC in the DMZ on the R3 then check and it's still moderate then it's possible you have a CG-NAT. Remove the PC from the DMZ as soon as you've done the test though.
  5. It would be yes, there is something we're working on, I don't know if it would go to the extent of being able to Geo-Filter though
  6. I believe it's because the XR doesn't have Ping Optimizer/isn't on the 3.3 update. You can use the Auto Setup function on the web browser which does the same thing
  7. Oh yes sorry, my mistake, I'll come back to you when I know more
  8. Okay keep us posted, I'll be around then!
  9. Gotcha, thanks, I've passed it on, there are no other servers in that region so as long as you have the south covered you won't miss it
  10. Thank you, are you trying to use HybridVPN while playing?
  11. I'm checking with Alex and will let you know, the workaround will still work just as well in the meantime
  12. Yes that will potentially be a possibility but not currently
  13. It should be there so it's correct
  14. It's odd that it's showing Google for the DNS - have you set this manually on the console?
  15. Okay take me through exactly what you've done, with screenshots if possible and I can better tell where the problem is
  16. That one is an SA server so that's correct or are you saying it's appearing elsewhere?
  17. I see you've made a new topic, I'll respond to you there
  18. If you disable the Geo-Filter does it work normally? If so, please provide a screenshot of how you've set it up please. I think that's likely to be a browser/monitor issue rather than the page doing it
  19. Okay thanks, I'll let Alex know. There isn't no
  20. Yes please - next time the issue happens before you reset
  21. Okay so it's not being able to access and no internet? Try this link for the logs http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt
  22. Could you provide the logs when it happens please?
  23. The internet disconnects or the router restarts?
  24. By new firmware do you mean .402? So it's disconnecting? Can you provide the logs prior to rebooting the next time it happens please?
  25. Great, that method is fine, hard to say at the moment but the way you have it is good
