  1. Oh right I gotcha, it should still get the latest cloud information but IPs are never 100% accurate so it's like pushing a rock uphill! They don't currently but it may be implemented in future. You can just report them in any topic like this one really, if you have some let us know and I'll pass them on to be corrected. That one sounds like the authentication server in Ireland so that'll be fine.

  3. Given your upload speed is the slowest you should definitely benefit from lowering the percentage on that one. Let us know how you get on!
  4. Could you factory reset then monitor again please? If it happens again then please provide the logs
  5. With Congestion Control active bufferbloat can never happen so I wouldn't worry too much about the values there. You just have to experiment with the percentages to see what works best. All devices should be connected to the router otherwise it won't work as well.

  7. Change your speeds to 1000 down / 35 up in Speedtest > Advanced, don't let the speedtest dictate it. Go to Ping Optimizer > Advanced then set Congestion Control to 70% for both download and upload then see if your experience is any better please.
  8. The only way potentially would be to set your speeds to lower than you have but I'm not sure if it will work and if it doesn't then no you can't limit the bandwidth with SmartBOOST disabled.
  9. Okay disregard that, it's a pure modem, not a router so that won't apply anyway. Just follow the other things I mentioned and see how you get on.
  10. Lower upload for Congestion Control & remove the bandwidth reservation for the game & the game ports, it barely uses any bandwidth so it's not necessary. Try with steady ping disabled. Using the DMZ and port forwarding could create conflicts, also take your PC out of the DMZ, it is a major security issue. You may not even need the port forwarding. So you put the R3 in the DMZ on your Arris?

  14. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  16. This could be the effect of the update they mentioned regarding a VPN - if you're trying to force a server really far away that highly increases your ping it may not work. Where are you located and where are you trying to force?
