If you test right next to the router do the speeds increase?
-
No sorry, we don't give out any ETAs

Hybrid VPN not working for netflix
Netduma Fraser replied to JordyLuna's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Only VPN these services will work but the services will be out of date as they're never used so no one has reported them as not working, I'll ask the team to update them when they can. -
Hybrid VPN not working for netflix
Netduma Fraser replied to JordyLuna's topic in Netduma R2 Support
You'd have to add it with ports similarly to Netflix. What other services are you trying to use that it doesn't appear to be working with? -
Please provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page

Hybrid VPN not working for netflix
Netduma Fraser replied to JordyLuna's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Do NOT VPN these services with no services added applies the VPN to the entire device so the service would be included in that -
That would be applying to the entire device so if that's not working then it will be an issue with the config/server

How far is the phone from the router when testing, is there any difference in speeds between 2.4 & 5GHz?

You'd have to look that up but I suspect it's the same kind of ports -

It's likely the service is outdated so we'll need to update it, you'll have to apply it to the entire device or specific ports for the moment -
Remove the service and change to Do NOT VPN these services and see if it applies to the device

They are low yes, did you experiment with the widths/channels and use a WiFi analyzer to determine the best channel?
-
It's definitely due to PPPoE, if you can have another router/your ISP router handle PPPoE instead your speeds will increase. If possible we will improve the speeds with PPPoE.
-
How did you make the rule for the device you're on? Can you provide a screenshot of HVPN?
-
You can have decent speeds/connection on a 1 bar and a slow speed/connection on full bars, it's not necessarily indicative that you'll have issues. That's also the connection your phone is receiving, your router isn't affected by this and your console seems to be getting a strong enough connection to get those speeds

Ping Optimizer is not working after update
Netduma Fraser replied to JamJoe's topic in Netduma R3 Support
We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. -
Those are really good pings, in fact it's quite uncommon for those 2 values to be so close

It's likely due to PPPoE, what speeds are you getting over ethernet? Also try these suggestions: Disable Mirror Mode, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
