  1. Okay that's all good - speed test bypass should be on as well so as long as you're not seeing any prioritized activity at the time the speed test should be as expected
  2. It should do but the issue comes with the cloud supporting different versions of DumaOS, we're looking into it
  3. Double check you've reserved IPs for all the devices on your network then disable DHCP entirely and see if it continues please
  4. Great to hear that, keep us posted!
  5. It could be due to the translation change on the router, we can look into that, thanks for the report
  6. Restart the router then attempt it again, if that doesn't work then factory reset and try the update again please
  7. I've given you Early Access, upgrade to that firmware and it should resolve it https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  8. Are you using Internet Explorer on the PC as well?
  9. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  10. Are you checking immediately after making the change? It may take a little time to hard save
  11. Okay but can you access even if there are errors? Would you be able to update again for example?
  12. Click the top right on the Geo-Filter page then go to Settings and you'll see it there
  13. What speeds are you expecting/pay for? Have you factory reset after the update?
  14. The first part is to do with telemetry, I don't think that will have affected it at all, it won't necessarily show the cause of lag in the logs. I think you'll just need to fine tune your Congestion Control settings in this scenario. It's still showing the DHCP lease renewal for the Xbox. The steps I provided for giving the Xbox a reserved IP, could you do that for all your devices please (should be quick as you're not changing IPs) and then disable DHCP entirely please, save, reboot from the interface and see if the Xbox disconnect continues.
  15. Thanks for the extra information, if you provide the logs from when it happens again now you've reserved the IPs I can best advise.
  16. Yes you can absolutely do that if you wish to, just keep in mind the QoS won't work very well so you'd just be using it for the Geo-Filter essentially.
  17. The Irish server is an authentication server required for online play, you can ignore it. The icon in the UK will be the server just showing as a peer icon. As it looks as though you've found out, you need to have Ping Assist to 0 to have only games inside your radius.
  18. Added though the version is no longer available Nothing you need to do currently, it's all on us
  19. After a factory reset what do you see now when accessing via a PC?
  20. Great to hear that, thanks for the update and for posting your solution!
  21. Thank you for trying, perhaps there was a cloud update that caused it for example, I'll have to talk to the team to check
  22. Are you able to move the modem to the second floor and then connect the XR1000 to that? This would then provide more central coverage for WiFi and also allow you to connect all your devices/boosters to the XR1000 so that it can then control your entire network and you can benefit from its features.
  23. Could you provide the logs again when it next happens please?
