  1. Swap cables and ports then check if the same happens please
  2. Yes it is currently, you'll have to factory reset and then if you want to reboot you'll need to disable HVPN first.
  3. You can only disable the top RGB. To disable the LEDs - we have looked into it - would require a separate firmware that disabled them e.g. .290 normal & .290 LEDs off and you'd then have to choose which you want to use. There is no real easy way to have a button on the UI for it.
  4. No the Adblocker on the router itself, disable that then see how you get on
  5. Uninstall the app and reinstall it, does it work then?
  6. Having it as a PC requires you to select the specific game and this service/game selection uses information to determine that it is that game you're playing, games are quite fluid and what we use to determine it is that game changes so it can become out of date. By switching you force it to use the Games Console service which makes it rely on ports instead which don't change and also is more broad so you can filter without changing game each time.
  7. PPPoE/VLAN is something your ISP would need to tell you if you were to use a third party router - check the internet settings on the previous router you were using and see if you can mirror the details over to the R2 to see if you get internet. Can you also provide a picture of how you have them setup physically please?
  8. It is a big deal in the sense that you absolutely need to have a connection to it to play but definitely nothing you need to worry about seeing at all. Good to hear! So essentially the radius acts as a temporary allow/deny in a way, allowing anything within and blocking anything outside, allow/deny does this but permanently and will apply regardless of your radius. I.e. if you've allowed a server but it's outside your radius the next time you play you could still connect to it and vice versa, a denied server inside your radius will still be denied. It is good in the sense you could build up a list of servers that play really well for you and deny the servers that don't and over time you should then have more good games vs bad. There are extra features on the Geo-Filter with DumaOS 4 such as Geo-Latency and Steady Ping and I'm not not sure if it's in that version or not but country specific filtering so it depends what you're after really. Just a warning though, getting an R2 second hand, if anything goes wrong with it we couldn't replace it - we'll obviously still give you support but anything major we can't replace it. We have a Black Friday discount on the R3 right now, maybe check that out and see if it's worth it for you.
  9. That's absolutely normal, you're not blocking it because you have the radius over it, in fact you can see a white dot behind your radius which means that one is/will be allowed when you come to search which is exactly what you want
  10. You have to have the WAN on R3 to LAN on the edge and it should work
  11. I haven't heard anything, I'll chase the team
  12. If you power down the console fully (not sleep) and then restart it does it appear connected?
  13. That's a good idea, I'll add it to the list, thanks for the suggestion!
  14. Yes it is a hardware limitation in that regard, it's a similar limitation on the R3 but that's why we implemented Wireguard so you can hit around 100Mbps through it
  15. Just double check: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. If you're on the game already don't change Geo-Filter settings and then immediately search, reboot the game and it should work.
  16. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  17. It could actually be the Adblocker potentially, disable that then try again. Was it just on the one device you disconnected on? I've given you Early Access as well just in case you want to try that one if the disconnects continue https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  18. That's a shame, I'm not sure if it's available but the only other option that might be still available is setting the DNS on HVPN, it may help to keep the connection alive. Otherwise no unfortunately not, if it was the HVPN on the R3 (as we've re-made the feature) it may be easier for us to diagnose/make changes for a future version.
  19. Added
  20. The profiles are an outdated feature we later removed, it just adjusts the radius, it won't be in there, how you have it set now you will be able to filter the game
  21. Do you know if you require PPPoE or VLAN for a connection? If not, reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2, wait 4 minutes then go through the setup wizard (if you haven't already) and see if you get internet
  22. This usually involves trying to contact NG so can take some time
  23. I've asked the team but I don't think it's on any router at the moment, you don't need it to be added for it to be filtered though: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  24. Just to clarify, do you have a connection to the internet on the PS5 when it's actively being used? If so that's fine. If it's connected to the internet but not actively using the internet it may not show as online.
