  1. You posted in the R2 support forum and didn't mention another router but as you're on the R1 you won't get DumaOS 4 so you'll have to do the step 1 I mentioned. Did the problem occur after making any specific changes to the router settings?
  2. It won't always be able to stabilize, especially if it can't ping the server properly - in the above example if you click on the server and the ping method shows traced then that will be why.
  3. Could you make a video of what you're doing and showing it failing if possible?
  4. Thanks for the report, it sounds like the Finals service needs to be updated, I'll let the team know. In the meantime that workaround will work just as well.
  5. As above, it doesn't support this feature
  6. Good advice, let us know how you get on! Another option would be to get extenders or an AP to extend the range.
  7. What does that mean exactly? Instead of telling us to fix a problem you haven't explained, let us know what it is and then we can either fix it or tell you how to fix it.
  8. No not specifically, it depends how busy they are, the workaround will work just as well for the moment.
  9. What does the ping method say for the server, is it traced? If so that is likely why as it may not be able to calculate the proper ping to then apply a delay.
  10. What is the model of the modem? You still have IPv6 enabled.
  11. Very good to hear, thank you for the update!
  12. You are using another modem/router above the R3, how did you set it, in modem or bridge mode or did you put the R3 in its DMZ? Please take a screenshot of what you did.
  13. If you answer the above I can best advise
  14. That's what I'd suggest yes. Regardless of the ISP router you use you won't be able to force the servers so you'll have a use for the Geo-Filter at the very least but there are more exciting features coming so always worth holding on to!
  15. So the only thing that would struggle is Congestion Control - assuming you don't have all devices connected to the R3. If you do connect ALL devices to the R3 and have the R3 in the ISP router DMZ for example then there wouldn't be any issues.
  16. You didn't follow the steps from my last message
  17. Not heard anything further but they'll be working on it
  18. It is more difficult to get an Open NAT with multiple consoles but should be possible regardless of the router you use. It may not necessarily be the source of the disconnections either. Can you provide the logs for when the disconnect happens please?
  19. That's fine with what you've done, continue to monitor it and let us know how you get on
  20. I'm just going on the log snippets you provided, the previous one indicated that, this one didn't and I've provided some instructions based on this log snippet
  21. In Settings > DHCP > Add Rules > Select Device > Save. Do that for each device. Then in DHCP > Advanced change the lease time to 20000, save, reboot the router from the interface and see if it happens again please.
  22. This topic was for the R3 but make sure if applicable you've set your ISP modem/router to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode and try again
  23. I've given you Early Access, try that firmware instead: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ You won't always be able to ping every server though
