  1. It'll just be a case of fine tuning the percentage for upload - as your upload speed is a lot lower it is easier to saturate and for bufferbloat to occur so you may need to be more or less agressive with the percentage for it
  2. Do a video of what you're seeing that would explain what's happening
  3. Have your ISP modem/router or another router handle PPPoE instead of the R3 then remove PPPoE from R3/switch it to DHCP then that will raise your speeds through the R3
  4. If you test right next to the router do the speeds increase?
  5. No sorry, we don't give out any ETAs
  6. Only VPN these services will work but the services will be out of date as they're never used so no one has reported them as not working, I'll ask the team to update them when they can.
  7. You'd have to add it with ports similarly to Netflix. What other services are you trying to use that it doesn't appear to be working with?
  8. Please provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page
  9. Do NOT VPN these services with no services added applies the VPN to the entire device so the service would be included in that
  10. That would be applying to the entire device so if that's not working then it will be an issue with the config/server
  11. How far is the phone from the router when testing, is there any difference in speeds between 2.4 & 5GHz?
  12. In someone elses case it was their PC anti-virus causing it, what platform are you on?
  13. Disable Geo-Latency and try again
  14. It uses the same cloud so it will be the same
  15. You'd have to look that up but I suspect it's the same kind of ports
  16. It's likely the service is outdated so we'll need to update it, you'll have to apply it to the entire device or specific ports for the moment
  17. Remove the service and change to Do NOT VPN these services and see if it applies to the device
  18. They are low yes, did you experiment with the widths/channels and use a WiFi analyzer to determine the best channel?
  19. It's definitely due to PPPoE, if you can have another router/your ISP router handle PPPoE instead your speeds will increase. If possible we will improve the speeds with PPPoE.
  20. How did you make the rule for the device you're on? Can you provide a screenshot of HVPN?
  21. You can have decent speeds/connection on a 1 bar and a slow speed/connection on full bars, it's not necessarily indicative that you'll have issues. That's also the connection your phone is receiving, your router isn't affected by this and your console seems to be getting a strong enough connection to get those speeds
