Expand The devs still don't appear to be able to access your R1, could you please confirm that you've got access for remote support enabled and your R1 is in the upstream modem's DMZ? Explain more Expand As an in encrypted key that will allow access to the R1 remotely, as we've not accessed an R1 in a long time they're trying to find that so they can access your unit.
