If that was the case you would need to your public IP to be changed. Unplugging the modem for 10 minutes and replugging it in may do this if you have a dynamic IP. First though, just disable the Geo-Filter, do you get kicked then?

There's What do you mean by 'NAT type people'? If you're experiencing issues with people being able to join your lobby, try disabling Geo-filter and see if that resolves it, then we can simply adjust your configuration once we know where the problem lies.

If all devices on the network don't connect to the R2, dumaOS won't be able to control what traffic gets prioritised and therefore you may experience lag in-game as well as some other issues.

Djl Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 The ping heat map there is no ping server to select and the ping shows it's over 200 ping and in game it runs up and down between 50 to 80 or 80 to 120 sometimes and I can't factory reset the router or can't log into router and I keep getting internet connection problems in game is there anyway for you took take a look at my router Only ps5 connected amd my lab top and cell phone How do I set up Port forwarding on the router to only play ps5 so people stop sending stuff to IP address and keeps throwing me offline You people need to get a help line so we can call you

Can you provide a screenshot of your Ping Heatmap results for the game please? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS and Geo-Filter settings please? - Then we can determine what is happening. Do you have other devices? If so what are they connected to? Port forwarding to the PS5 won't stop that happening, what exactly happens when you get thrown offline? We're still quite a small company, if we were to get phone support it would severely impact the amount of people we're able to help in a day. Plus when we're not available the community is able to help.
