I think you just need to wait until you've been told that they've accessed your router and allowed you to upgrade safely. It may not be until Monday now though as that is when they will be back at the office.

As Asentrix posts in this topic..i think the problem is that you can't "jump" directly from version 1.03.3 to 1.03.6g....but if you do all the updates..step by step..one by one..you will not have any problem.

See here.

Just found my new favorite feature, Temp Dedicated Server ban.

I am in mid-Illinois and CoD keeps joining me to dedis on the East Coast, so I temp banned the East Coast server and I am finally getting games from the Chicago and St. Louis servers!!!!

THANK GOD!

Well I was ready for the update until I accidentally factory reset my router at the settings page and now I can't even connect to it because it isn't accepting my password to connect to the R1. I tried the serial number following the quick start guide I got with the router, and I even tried the password I changed it to when I was doing my settings. It doesn't work and I'm so upset :/

When you factory reset your password is changed to the default password: netdumar1

I believe I have resolved the issue. I changed the DMZ settings finally after so many trial and errors with different tutorials. Please try accessing my router again Fraser! I can't wait to finally be able to update!

I'm running version 1.03.4.   I'd like an upgrade whenever you guys are available :)

Looking forward to this H5 service plus the temporary ban on 1 dedicated server.  I can finally ban the Seattle server!  Halo 5 is currently region locked in the EU but that'll change in 1 or 2 weeks time so I might as well be prepared for it.
