Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted February 13, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted February 13, 2016 I think you just need to wait until you've been told that they've accessed your router and allowed you to upgrade safely. It may not be until Monday now though as that is when they will be back at the office.

Knomax
As Asentrix posts in this topic..i think the problem is that you can't "jump" directly from version 1.03.3 to 1.03.6g....but if you do all the updates..step by step..one by one..you will not have any problem. r0n33zy
Well I was ready for the update until I accidentally factory reset my router at the settings page and now I can't even connect to it because it isn't accepting my password to connect to the R1. I tried the serial number following the quick start guide I got with the router, and I even tried the password I changed it to when I was doing my settings. It doesn't work and I'm so upset :/
