I would also recommend since your on console to classify it under traffic prioritization as a games console so that when someone else connects and uses dumaos classified your games console doesn't get hinder by other consoles and get priority. I would just disable dumaos classified and then add the rules to the device you want but it preference at the end of the day.

The most stable one from my experience is v.3.2.453 but if your using a vpn then it be v.3.3.280 the only reason I say this is because v.3.3.280 seems to run traffic on dumaos classified even when disabled but if you don't care then just run the latest a lot of bugs have been fixed compared to that old version your running plus new features. Another thing to add if your on pc I do recommend v.3.3.280 just because it get better dpi support If I remember correctly old versions had issues when trying to reset you just couldn't connect back to network unless you were wired and that was big complaint though it fixed. In addition after installing the update reset the router this is because you don't want old version conflicting with newer firmware it a netduma thing lmao

Alright so to get to the point basically polygon/custom mode doesn't show up when viewing it on the app but simple/circular mode does and in desktop it takes a tiny bit longer to pop up compared to circular mode/simple mode it works just something I wanted to report upon. I believe I have reported this before long ago etc just re-reporting since new update claimed to fix issues with it but same issue is still prevalent on app. This has been tested both ios and android same result

PS5 not showing up in device manager! Help!
DARKNESS replied to Dimitri's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Says the person who admitted to using cheats lmao but ok buddy can't wait to see this get shadow banned too -
There two factors the way the engine is designed were a player can slide and they see you first do a little bit of research on that it laughable that a thing and then of course ping to the server whoever has better ping has an advantage and if your skilled at the game and unlucky on the location you live upon they'll put you to play against people that have similar skill but that affects your ping since all of them somehow live in the middle of nowhere and that were the dedicated servers for competitive are.... Why do you think every esport players live next to the dedicated competitive servers? Simple it because they know it has an advantage ping is king and I don't blame them for that but when you can be playing at 20 ping and you want to be competitive and the server is 100+ms you can't necessarily have a fair fight and say your better at the end of the day were still waiting for fiber speeds promised decades ago. They should be making improvements to infrastructure though I can't even trust companies that false advertise 5G and then expect the future to be any better. What really worries me is the new sbmm systems they're implementing were the game is rigged and it not even fair at that point decreasing damage etc I can 100% attest this is definitely being implemented or probably already is it just it hard to notice I know if a cheater on warzone uses cheats they definitely get those sbmm system rules that have been heard of so if they're being used on them who knows what they're being used for as well.

You only enable if you need to do so I don't need them so I have them disabled
-
That definitively a thing they have the data and this ins't just activision it started primarily do to fortnite br were they did a study and found that keeps players engaged etc I mean they add literal bots I've played with some players and the sbmm is night and day I was so bored to death by how garbage the players were 30+kill game no sweat. It like they make a wall to protect people from reality honestly if i was born in this era I probably would never know if I was garbage when you have a wall protecting you from seeing the truth lmao players are supposed to learn over time that why you need to spend time to get better at something you can't be mad if you suck when ur a literal beginner just common sense but we now have weak lgbt and all this feminist empowerment garbage that it also spreads into games and it just getting toxic were offline is the way.
-
You should know by now any YouTube affiliated/sponsored by any company is typically going to be on whitelist which means they get bot lobbies or they just pay someone else to get them bot lobbies it been a thing for a while. There really not much you can do about sbmm and pc is ruining gaming overall no cap especially PC cheaters which your forced to play and disabling cross play will never find you a match do to simple fact it forced upon everyone except pc of course . If your playing cod don't even expect to have any fun playing those games anymore that the sad grim reality. They say they added new engine and that gets cracked within a week lol it took them what 2 years to add it after all the ranting instead of just paying someone who had developed and have developed better anti cheat system than they currently have activision for the most part is greedy to the core and i don't expect Microsoft to change much from the looks of it there stepping down even harder than before ironic that we expected changes but none to be seen.

Another tip if you are going to dmz it best you just do it for that one device it needed though at the end of the day if someone infiltrates that device they're going to bypass security regardless but better be safe to a certain degree this is not much of an issue in consoles but PC for the most part hackers etc u do so at ur own risk.
-
I know you can mitigate this by port forwarding etc just wondering when it actually being fixed since it been reported before some ports work some don't under the dpi from my testing

Since last update, very bad 2.4ghz Wifi coverage
DARKNESS replied to fakkel's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Well as fuzy said though you might need to test ur frequencies as well that can be an issue depending on your area some devices particularly older devices don't work well with certain frequencies but for the most part the router selects the most optimal etc -
Yes you have to disable upnp it says in the instructions if you read properly as for the DMZ I don't need it since I already have Nat type 2 might differ on your circumstances but should be the same procedure after you setup your dmz Also my ports are for ps5 only so you might need to do some tweaking if ur on xbox/pc

That doesn't work either Fraser I already posted that post ages ago with proof on a video
-
Upload is broken for bandwidth allocation on dhcp it a known bug should be fixed by next patch I believe unless you like to correct me Fraser
-
As you just said it seems to be something related to the cache for you in particular try using incognito with HTTPS disabled that should do the trick though it is clearly an issue that I can't say it ever going to be fixed as they're using some sort of different rendering etc you sometimes have to click the setting twice for it two pop up ill add my ports and see since I necessarily only tested it once or twice personally and had no issues
-
Seems to me this is ISP related issue I would test your modem directly using ping plotter to find out Plausible that it could be cod servers I don't play cod anymore do to rig SBMM I am good so I am punished and I ain't bashing my head on the wall being 3kd player over the years it just tiresome a retired vet especially when I am playing against PC RUINING CROSS PLAY WITH CHEATS ETC 24/7
-
BRO I NEVER HEARD SOMEONE CRY OVER SOME MBS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR RUNNING 500MBS IF YOUR TESTING THROUGH PSN SERVERS THEY'RE NEVER ACCURATE IN ADDITION YOU HAVE TO ACCOUNT FOR YOUR ISP THROTTLING YOUR SPEEDS WHY DO YOU THINK IT TAKES 3 MINUTES TO SHOW UR UPLOAD?
-
Don't expect the mobile version to have all the features in addition you can blame apple for the scaling compared to my android it better but yes the desktop UI on mobile view sucks not referring to the app it may need some work no doubt when people want to use advanced settings on mobile but as always it recommended to use desktop. I believe if your port forwarding from your modem that maybe the cause of your issues and you shouldn't be factory resetting modem as it has nothing to do with routers settings that would only be necessary if it loses the routers IP etc doesn't refresh I would do a factory reset and then setup everything and then add your ports on your router as for the guide be sure to read properly

Best advice just manually traffic prioritize the device and your download seems to be high on the buffer bloat I would try to minimize that as much as it seems your upload is fine realistically try getting 10ms Under load - Buffer Bloat

I WAS HIGH AND MISREAD APOLOGIES

It debatable in new modern age anything can be hacked even the pentagon nothing is safe my friend you just have to able to detect whether there's an infiltrator

XR1000 TRAFFIC PRIORITAZION BUG OS BASED
DARKNESS replied to DARKNESS's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Man network monitor has been broken for years let not go there now when it comes to showing the games ur playing accurately and no what I was saying is that it port forwarding apex legends so it is prioritizing it but only for that game so it is passing packets but that probably do to the fact it detecting the ports that apex legends has and not any console ports I was using static IP on the console took it off and same result rebooted and it fixed magic It a bit late for that I was doing some testing with r2 and it seems like port rules under traffic prioritization work for pc on the r2 but not in the XR1000 referring to the selections rules like YouTube Netflix etc I tried manually putting ports nothing in neither show 0 packets but I've seen some individuals running them fine so don't know what going on at that point. Since you can add port forwarding rules on both under traffic prioritization and in the settings I am just going to manually port forward in the settings the ports for the games and create static ip you guys should at that point disable the ability to add ports rules under traffic prioritization when they just don't do a thing and clearly there an issue in the XR1000 with games console not being detected on the dumaosclassified it works when it wants to and doesn't whenever it feels like it. That the reason I just add the rule for games console regardless without that rule in both xr1000 and r2 you would have lag spikes if you had several individuals in your home that as of todays report here the log doubt it'll do much if it happens again ill send the second file log-1681660037000.txt
