  2. @FuzySo if I assume that there isn't support for the netgear products when they clearly stated it themselves what does that exactly mean buddy? You could say it an assumption but when it a statement you can't necessarily say it an assumption not saying they will not have further partnerships if there are changes but from the sound of things it seems that way. Statement However, for Nighthawk Pro Gaming routers, we have some more unfortunate news: as things stand, DumaOS 4 will not be coming to these units. As you can probably tell, it has been a challenge getting these models onto DumaOS 3.3, for reasons outside of our control.
  3. @hell12309Partnership disagreements and lack of support by netgear summarizes the discontinuation of the OS from my understanding though am sure they could port dumaos 4 however it really just slowing down updates on the R models and innovation. If netgear wanted they could make a statement but clearly there nowhere to be found....

  8. @Damiano CalafioreComo dije antes, debes descubrir la fuente de la causa de la pérdida de paquetes en el primer salto, ya que eso no es normal. Esto es algo que debe resolver personalmente revisando los cables, el módem, el enrutador, etc. y, si aún lo experiencia, comuníquese con su ISP para deshacerse de la pérdida de paquetes.
  9. @Damiano CalafiorePara agregar, son conscientes de que el optimizador de ping no funciona como debería, pero como alternativa hasta que se solucione, simplemente vaya a avanzado en el optimizador de ping y modifique su configuración manualmente, lo cual es ideal personalmente. Para agregar, esta no es una traducción perfecta porque estoy usando el traductor de Google, algo a tener en cuenta.
  10. @Damiano CalafioreNo me entiendes. No me refiero al netduma R3 sino específicamente a tu red. Mostraste una imagen con el R3 y luego otra con el enrutador personal, ¿correcto? Ambos tienen pérdida de paquetes independientemente del primer salto, lo que significa que algo anda mal en su red.
  11. @Damiano CalafioreAmigo tuyo, no parece necesariamente que sea una falla del enrutador, pero en tu propia red puedes ver en el primer salto que tienes pérdida de paquetes de todos modos. Lo más probable es que su módem esté defectuoso o que otro equipo de su hogar, como un coaxial, etc.

  16. Personally I don't trust third party vpns that require propitiatory software installed in your system as they can be malicious though if there able to implement it for whoever wants to take the gamble with there information as a separate installation software I still wish ya the best of luck.
  17. @MegatfYou know all exit lag does is take the most efficient routing based upon your region so if your routing is bad do to your ISP that the only reason you need exit lag for most users this is useless as you can just use a regular vpn and do the same thing as exit lag is a vpn as well it just proprietary vpn software based by the company....though who knows if they'll add it they have also been requested for wtfast or whatever before so there that.

  20. @Netduma FraserThe video is sped up I gave it about 5-10 seconds that more than enough time and same occurred I also noticed that the UI on the logs is restarting Smart QOS/SMART BOOST exactly as it does on the R2 which the issue is still occurring.
  21. @ShadowCopy the WAN IP from the R3 in Settings > WAN then access the ISP modem/router and enter it in the DMZ function
  22. @ShadowThe key to distinguishing between PPPoE and DHCP is how to assign IP addresses. In PPPoE, you need to log in with the correct account and password first, while DHCP just needs to wait to be assigned an IP address automatically
  23. @ShadowI mean if your not getting what your paying for it definitely your provider and your going to have to have someone check your equipment and if it faulty on your end then your going to have to pay for the inconvenience but if it isn't on your end then they do it for free as it they're fault. To add are you a PPOE or DHCP user?
  24. @ShadowSo that what it detecting just click on advanced and set your speeds manually and then check it however your not necessarily going to get exactly 1G up and 1G down should be more like 600-800 average have you also tested if you get the same speeds with another router before?
