Can you disable all rules in Traffic Prioritisation, then test again on the Xbox? It may be that the Xbox traffic is still being prioritised and therefore superseding the limit set by Congestion Control.

First things first, could you please confirm if you've factory reset the XR since installing the latest update? If not I'd suggest doing so. Could you also confirm if your connection requires PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers in order for you to get access to the internet? Are both upload and download not affected in the speedtest? Is Congestion Control set to always when you're running the tests?

If you just disable filtering mode instead of removing the device from Geo-filter, you'll be able to see what server you're playing on without it affecting your game. Try that then you know you can set your filter to that server to guarantee good gameplay consistently.

How do you have Geo-filter configured? Are you using a VPN at all? What game mode are you playing specifically, can you connect to this server in any other game modes?

Right OK, we'll have to do some more testing internally. The only difference I can think of is that we were playing on PC and you're on console, so we'll hook up an xbox and try again. I'll update you here with our findings.

When you search for a game with filtering mode enabled and it fails, are you seeing any 'blocked' icons on the map? If so, can you reproduce and send a screenshot?

Are you located in the US? If possible please provide screenshots of your current Geo-filter setup and what you're seeing when you search for a match, that will make things a lot clearer.

Can you provide a screenshot of how you've got Geo-filter setup currently? If you leave it with filtering mode disabled, are you still able to see server icons on the map?

They implemented some measures to stop people forcing servers by changing some file, but that's not really what Geo-filter does so you should still be fine. Give it a go and let us know how you get on, we've been playing a little in the office recently and it seemed fine.

What are you playing on, console or PC? The important things are that you've got it added to Geo-filter and are prioritising the Halo traffic in QoS. Are you seeing any E-transfer domains showing as blocked in adblocker? If so, please take this domain and add a whitelist rule for it, that should resolve the problem. Please then also provide the domain to us so we can add it to the whitelist for our next cloud update.

Sorry to hear this, if you're able to in future it may be worth TFTPing the current firmware to the router, this is about as close as you can get to a re-flash so it may resolve issues you're having. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having these issues. Could you please reboot the XR1000 from the three-dot menu in the interface? Once you've done this, it shouldn't factory reset when it loses power and hopefully it'll resolve your issue of the error message too.

Where are you measuring these speeds? Is this from Connection Benchmark? If so please test a third-party speedtest as I believe that's a Connection Benchmark bug.

That's bizarre. What time approximately did you experience this issue? Are you playing on Wi-Fi? If so could you make sure the channels are set to 'Automatic' then let me know if that resolve the issue?

That's just showing that your PlayStation is currently offline, that isn't the reason you're having issues. Are these the speeds you expect to get from your ISP? If so please update these in DumaOS by going to the three-dot menu in the top right -> Advanced -> Bandwidth speeds. That's going to make QoS work a lot better.

That looks pretty good, did you try adjusting the percentages in Congestion Control 5% at a time? Are these the best results you landed at or is this the result of your first PingPlotter test?

Good advice from Newfie, please complete the steps he mentioned above! You can see if the upgrade was successful by checking the firmware version in the top right of the interface, it should now read 3.0.394.

It won't turn off during a reset. Are you now able to connect to the R2 Wi-Fi network and complete the setup wizard?

OK, could you please do the following: Unplug the WAN cable from the R2 (the blue port) Hold the reset pin on the back of the R2 for thirty seconds Wait 5-10 minutes If it hasn't already, connect your laptop to the R2 via either wired or Wi-Fi Got 192.168.77.1 from an incognito window in Chrome and complete the setup wizard again, make sure the WAN cable remains unplugged. That should allow you to get to the interface normally, after that connect the WAN cable and reboot the R2.
