I notice that Call of Duty Cold War is alomost all the time connecting to Host Type: Peer. I rarely get connected to Dedicated Servers. Is it just me or someone else is having similar issue? Any reason why its connecting to Host Type Peer almost all the time?

They're most likely servers that haven't been classified as servers yet. I know there was a post somewhere to submit info for MW, not sure if there's one for CW yet. It will be last on their list to fix though, I don't think the extensive server list I submitted months ago as ever fixed for MW

As above, they're misclassified - you can usually tell because the domain name will say aws, choopa, demonware etc which indicates it is a server. We'll do a cloud update for the game as soon as we can.

I've been away for a few days for my birthday so I will be chasing the team to see what the latest is and then we'll let people know. I will close this topic now though as it has gotten a little heated and off topic.

It is an anomaly, something that would take longer to fix than its worth. It won't affect your ability to filter or connection so you can ignore it.

The server outside your radius has been whitelisted which means it is required for online play. It has nothing to do with the game server or game ping. The peer icon within your radius is the server that you are playing on so it is likely a low ping. Would also suggest in the Device Manager giving the PC a PlayStation device type and then re-adding it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option, should give you better filtering.

If you are on the fence about this router i highly recommend it,thanks to this beast i've finally dropped my first nuke in MW 2019 last night, using fw hotfix 129.I get major sweaty opponents with sbmm but the R2 makes every bullet count.

I bought this one off the amazon. Worked perfectly with my R1. It was indeed the adapter at fault and not the R1.

It’s possible that it’s just your power supply that’s faulty. Someone from Netduma will be able to advise you on where to get a replacement.

Please ask tech support to help in another thread and they'll happily help you. And DumaOS is far superior then original R1 firmware, it has a much greater architecture and richer featureset. And is designed to be extended via our R-Apps system so you'll see many more features in the future only on DumaOS
    Have a great weekend!

Right - I'm going to send you the recommended settings for your speeds:

    - Reactive Algorithm - 100% anti-flood - Share excess enabled - Reset device prioritisation & apply - Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc - Disable deep packet in misc - Enable turbo mode - Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds.   After you've input these settings I'd recommend conducting a hard reset. To do so, turn off the modem and the R1. Wait 5 minutes then turn on the Modem. Wait another minute then turn on the R1.   I'm thinking the speed issue is simply because you've tried multiple options to fix your previous issue, and it's caused something to go wrong. If you're still not getting your speeds after these steps, I'd recommend a factory reset from Settings > Miscellaneous, and after doing so enter your speeds in 'Set Bandwidth' and allow the router to configure automatically.   Let me know how you get on!
