  1. What a nice change of pace, thanks for the kind words and feedback! That has been requested so it's on the list, I've brought up trying to get some user requests in recently so hopefully we'll do that That's been mentioned before but can't be done with a toggle switch, it would require two versions of the same firmware so not sure about that Thanks for the suggestion, you can prioritize them really low with the advanced SmartBOOST and it should have a similar effect. Thank you very much!
  2. @dinego Can you give us some of the stats you're seeing on this please? The team are aware and looking into it You can ignore those, it won't cause any issues Port Forwarding and Bandwidth reservation are completely different features, they won't cause conflicts. It won't be limiting, it's just reserving bandwidth. -- No they don't pose a problem You can disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN settings. If you don't have HybridVPN enabled it will be disabled. No reserving bandwidth won't do anything, gaming doesn't require much anyway. Prioritize it and have Congestion Control active. ^ No, it's something the team need to resolve
  3. Use the simple radius instead, does that allow you into a game?
  4. It was potentially acting like a switch which is why you got internet. Good to hear, would suggest upgrading again letting the router do it, wait for it to complete then factory reset, wait 4 minutes and check again
  5. It's unlikely you'll have been able to block every single server but: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it shouldn't get you any games outside your radius.
  6. You'd find those options on the ISP modem/router interface. Modem/bridge disables all its functions and passes the internet straight through to the R3. DMZ just passes the internet straight through to the R3. You can download previous versions from here: https://support.netduma.com/firmwares/netduma-r3/ then just upload the file to the router like you were going to upgrade it
  7. It's not something we can really help with, also there are multiple servers clustered in a singular location so you'd have to be lucky to get into the same game
  8. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and I'll try to get a dev to have a look tomorrow. A customer can't diagnose a fault requiring a replacement, it's likely a dev can determine the problem and fix it
  9. Could you provide the log when it happens please, prior to a reboot and we can take a look
  10. Disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu and then see if it continues please
  11. Do the devices that are connected via ethernet show up in the Device Manager at all, either online or offline? Are the wired devices set for automatic network connects or have you previously set static details on them
  12. It's something we're aware of that I've passed onto the team. For now set your speeds & congestion control manually
  13. What Geo-Filter/QoS settings did you change exactly?
  14. Pretty certain it's the DHCP issue from the logs - In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  15. They all say connected so that's fine - have you disabled DHCP or made any IP reservations? Any specific rules/settings you've changed for the wired devices?
  16. The RGB is switched off, or rather that's what it is set to which is why you can't change DGL to inactive as technically it should already be off. Switch RGB on, then switch DGL to Inactive then turn off RGB again, does that fix it?
  17. When did the issue start occurring exactly, after an update of the game/router, changing a specific setting etc?
  18. Next time it happens could you copy/paste the logs - double check that it's covering the time frame the issue happened, it may be the download button isn't catching it all
  19. Glad to hear it's better, keep us posted! SmartBOOST? The features are completely independent from each other and so one doesn't affect the other, what are you seeing that makes it so it doesn't appear to be working exactly. Yes you can If you upgraded via WiFi then it would disconnect you and your device may not auto reconnect you. Do a factory reset, I'd advise doing it on this firmware anyway, see if it did actually take the update, if not try again and it should work - ideally do it from a wired PC if you didn't previously.
  20. Will need more information to help here. What firmware version are you on? How often does it happen? Is it all devices etc etc, the more information you provide the better I can help
  21. That all looks correct, just unplug the cables, plug then in firmly and make sure you hear the click and try again. If it doesn't work grab a screenshot of the LAN Settings page please
  22. That's fair enough, I'm not versed in how they do the pricing etc and yeah if that's not valid anymore then it shouldn't be an active page. If it's still the case that you enable it via My Telstra on the website (which it looks to be) then it will be disabled on a factory reset and you wouldn't be able to re-enable so I'd avoid that if I were you
  23. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
