  1. We're really busy at the moment on the run up to Xmas, we will check your routers as soon as we can.
  2. Yes we'll have an update available very soon
  3. You need to clear the browser cache/cookies in order to access the interface
  4. It won't be upgraded for you, you'll be told when the fix has been applied and then you're able to manually update it yourself
  5. Shouldn't be too long, will get to you next week during office hours
  6. It'll be whatever you had it set to before, if that doesn't work factory reset using the button in the back and then it'll be admin / password
  7. Some ISPs close ports so I'd recommend contacting them and see if they can open port 7777
  8. The best option is to get the lowest ping to the server that you can which it sounds like you are doing if you have 20ms. Alternatively you could try forcing servers further away and see if they play any better, some people swear by it
  9. Yes do a factory reset and try again please
  10. Thats not too bad actually, only a few mini spikes but no more than ~5ms so wouldn't have much of an affect. Looks good!
  11. You should receive an email soon. @Netduma Admin
  12. Fantastic, well done on finding the cause. We'll do the fix as soon as we can. @Netduma Admin
  13. The port to be opened is 7777. Make sure you haven't forwarded this port to any device. Also looks like you're on IPv6, will need to PM Netduma Admin with your public IPv4 address.
  14. We will post back here when we have sent the fix so you can upgrade manually
  15. Ahh in that case please see if you receive an email tomorrow
  16. You should have gotten an email please check your spam/junk folders
  17. Great thank you, not sure when we'll next be able to check as quite a few things going on at the moment but will check as soon as we can!
  18. We could not access your router. Please ensure the R1 WAN IP is in the DMZ of your ISP hub, UPnP & Port forwarding is disabled on your ISP hub and that remote access is ticked on the R1 in settings > miscellaneous.
  19. You're good to go. Please do not reboot before upgrading.
  20. Would be best if you could call the ISP and see if they will allow that port, otherwise the alternative could potentially brick the router.
  21. We can check this on Monday and will let you know
