  1. That's very nice of you, please do if they need further assistance
You need to have port 1 of the Netduma connected to port 1 of your existing modem/router. Then you can connect to the Netduma via ethernet cable to one of the other 4 remaining ethernet ports or via WiFi. Try again to access via 192.168.88.1 if that doesn't work try http://r1
  3. If that happens without the Geo-filter on then it acts like a normal router. Out of interest disable hyper traffic and turbo mode and see if it continues to occur.
  4. I see you started your own thread which I've just replied to.
  5. I'm good thank you, how about yourself? What I would do is have my location in Ukraine with the radius large enough to cover Ireland and Netherlands. Strict on & ping assist at 70ms. That way you know that if anything gets blocked it would've been a high ping, leaving you with only games in your radius or under your ping limit. You're also covered in case there is a mis located server as ping assist would pick it up. No you wouldn't get disconnected, once you're connected to them thats it - even if you were to block a person using deny & allow you would have to be disconnected from them for 2 minutes - it's our anti-cheat. Ping assist only handles the initial connection. So if you got disconnected it wouldn't have been due to ping assist. Of course make sure you're utilising congestion control at the same time for the most optimum experience possible.
  6. Not sure how blame lies with us for hardware that has nothing to do with us at all but okay. You say we pass the blame but most people wouldn't even know to look at ISP line issues if we hadn't introduced the Internet Diagnostics feature TO HELP people. We actively tell them to contact their ISP to try and get them to rectify the issue. If there are bugs then we acknowledge those but we're not going to sit back and say yes your ISP line issue is totally on us when the issue was there before our product was even purchased by them, we just helped bring it into the light. Regardless, thanks for your feedback. If you have any issues please make a support thread.
  7. I think you'll be fine with that. If a modem is causing spikes then you wouldn't have it with a different one when connected to the duma.
  8. Keep in mind, the R1 still works with those listed you just may get a better experience with those in the compatibility list. Some people use those in the non compatible list and have no issues.
  9. Well if it was 40 the congestion control would always base it on that unless you had the anti-flood at 100% & reactive. So yes keep reactive and whenever you're not gaming/heavily using the internet put anti-flood to 100 then you'll get whatever the speeds are you have at that time.
  10. If you can find an average I would put it as that.
  11. We attempted to put a patch out on our end but didn't work unfortunately, its not our issue to fix.
  12. Would leave it as reactive so you're never hindering yourself. I wouldn't go by the console speed tests, PC wired speed test would always be best. Check your on the least congested WiFi channel in your area as well to rule that out.
  13. Double check: Reactive Algorithm 100% anti-flood Share excess enabled Reset device prioritisation & apply Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc Disable deep packet in misc Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds. Do a wired speed test from a PC
  14. Eliteshot did his own giveaway. Our giveaway is still ongoing and ends January 9th if you look at the graphic

  16. We haven't done much with apparel for awhile but we wanted to make something Christmassy & gamery that we would want to wear ourselves. We came up with the "I ❤️ Sleighing Christmas Noobs" design. If you're interested it will only be on sale until early January then we'll remove it: https://netduma.com/apparel/
  17. Closed. Santa will contact you all!
  18. Count me in Santa! UK
  19. If you're getting a low ping you've done everything on your end. Unless you're experiencing frequent spikes/jitter on your line? It's also possible that it's the other players connection which isn't as good. What are you pinging to the dedicated server? If it's low then it's likely mis located - if so please provide me with the ID.
  20. Despite being here just under a year ColonicBoom has proved to be very helpful to new and old customers which no doubt you'll know if you've ever had an issue as he's always there to help. Please all join me in welcoming him to the mod team! He'll be taking the role of co-bodyguard with fuzzyclam
  21. We're in the UK as well and were managing to get games. Ensure you're on auto&bleeding edge cloud. Also port forward the required ports for the game.
  22. If your ping is low to them it's possible that it's their connection. E.g. They may be using WiFi over wired etc. In that scenario I would block them so you don't have to play them again. Hey, welcome to the forum! Yes will run some more tests now. Where are you located?
  23. Yes we were. It's possible you had one of the dedicated servers in your radius at the time, even with a low ping we found that to be more laggy. With your radius exclude Ireland and see if you have a better experience.
