  1. I have been informed that there will be updates so I'm hoping they'll be released soon.
  2. There hasn't unfortunately but I've asked for another update.
  3. I'm not sure I understand exactly but you can hold the reset button in the router down for 30 seconds and then let go, wait a few minutes then try to access the interface.
  4. Could you also disable IPv6 please as we won't be able to connect to your router using an IPv6 address.
  5. Out of interest could you change the protocol to TCP and see if cities show up for Australia then please?
  6. Out of interest could you expand on why you think their QoS is better than ours? Is it purely subjective based on gameplay or have you done tests?
  7. That might be a restriction of that feature, after all it is not present in the settings for a good reason I presume. I'd revert back as it was just to test if it made a difference, I wouldn't recommend using it like that normally. Have you contacted Netgear support directly? They may have seen this before on their other routers: http://support.netgear.com/ One thing we haven't tried - disable QoS completely from Anti-Bufferbloats options and see if that makes any difference.
  8. Ah, mustn't be on the XR700, have you tried the WAN port mirroring? The only reason it would fix the issue really is if there is an issue with the WAN port but it's worth a try.
  9. Ah yes sorry, could you try this please: Go to http://www.routerlogin.net/debug.htm and disable 'Enable 11k', it may also be worth trying WAN Port mirror to LAN port 1 and see if connecting the router up via LAN port 1 helps at all. It's unlikely to work but worth a shot until the team can identify the cause and fix.
  10. Have you tried Alex's suggestion above?
  11. Nothing unfortunately but I have asked again and expressed urgency on your behalf.
  12. That will likely come later yes
  13. This is dependent on Netgear and if they agree to make a separate build, I can't give an estimate unfortunately.
  14. Yes there is/was one for the XR500 but it was an old version, there isn't one for the latest version. I have requested the latest firmware for both XR300/500 that include the option.
  15. I requested this today as someone else has just asked for it as well.
  16. Hello, welcome to the forum! There isn't currently a firmware for this but I will request one and hopefully we can get Netgear to build one.
  17. UPnP is probably working but just not showing the ports. Which firmware version are you on - .40? Could you disable IPv6 also please.
  18. Is the bridge connected via ethernet? If possible could you connect it to the same WiFi as the phone e.g. 2.4GHz and see if when they're on the same that it works correctly please
  19. Thanks for clarifying! Could you disable QoS from the Anti-Bufferbloat options and see if that resolves the connection issue please?
  20. IGMP should be unticked, SIP ALG should be ticked - is that what you have?
  21. IGMP Proxying is disabled by default believe, I would actually recommend unticking this box and also ticking SIP ALG. Are you able to ping the bridge IP from a wired PC at all using command prompt and 'ping' then the IP?
  22. I get that, I'm not a dev either but I know the process and it is rather laborious, I'm sure they will comment themselves on this matter more than I can. If you think your issues are related to the router then make a new topic with your concerns and we can take a look.
  23. I'm sure the devs will comment further but keep in mind that DumaOS on the R1 is still in beta so we're working very hard to bring out great updates that include fixes and new features. We're not giving out any dates on when we would release a firmware.
  24. Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you ensured that you've followed this guide to make your router accessible? http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000085789-how-to-upgrade-your-r1-from-version-1-03-5m-or-lower
  25. Great, if you don't already have a DumaOS email you should receive one this week if you signed up here already: https://netduma.com/r1-dumaos/
