  5. That may be the DNS leak, we will be fixing that for 3.0 and we'll be adding more providers as well in the future. Your welcome, let us know if you have any more issues/questions.

  7. I think you can continue adding 80/443 if you run into issues on said devices, no need to add it for every one if it isn't causing a problem. I found them here: https://portforward.com/uno/ I gave you the PS4 ports, even though it is on PC the ports may not be the only ones it uses so it may be worth adding the ports from the other platforms that you're missing and see if that helps. That'll be because 80/443 are not going through the VPN. That is certainly a viable option if it works, I can't see any specific issues here that would cause it to not work. You could try a blanket rule 1-65535 TCP/UDP src & dst to see if it works that way.
  8. Yes you're right, disregard that sorry, I confused myself! Yes that is fine, I've just found some extra ports that you don't have but should be required for UNO, try these the same way you've done the others and see if it works. TCP: 1935,3478-3480 UDP: 3074,3478-3479,3658,4646
  9. It's more because those ports are required for all devices to work correctly online. Do you have another VPN provider you could try with or contact the provider to see if they block any specific ports? It seems more like the provider if the same process you use works for the other games but not this one.
  10. I would remove the 80 & 443 rules firstly, also what VPN are you using? Do you know if they block any ports? Are you using the Geo-Filter at all?
  11. We have got some IDs thanks to Eefo that we'll be updating the cloud with but if you could put in the ones you've added to the form as well that would be really helpful. I imagine if you ping them it will be lower than expected meaning they're mislocated. When we do the update that should resolve the issue.

  13. It will update automatically but if you want to manually do this then you can flush the cloud by clicking flush in the Geo-Filter Map 3 line option menu.

  15. No not yet, I'm not sure when it will be done, hopefully some time next week but we're in heavy testing mode at the moment for 3.0.

  17. You should be able to zoom in further than that and then they may be more viewable. Well the allow list is sort of like that, the whitelist we do just does it automatically so you don't have to do this yourself - only in circumstances where we haven't yet got the servers in the cloud.
  18. Try and zoom in as much as possible, they may be easier to differentiate then.
  19. If you can do the above and look at the map immediately as you're getting kicked then first allow them, you may have to do it a few times but then that should prevent you from being kicked. Then if you can get the IDs and put them in the form we can fix that.

  21. Fantastic, well done for capturing them! Would you be able to ping them and get the IDs? Then we can add them to our whitelist cloud so that it doesn't happen anymore.
  22. Are you completely zoomed out of the map? It may appear and disappear very quickly, you'd have to look as soon as the error appeared. There must be something even if it shows briefly as otherwise the Geo-Filter isn't blocking anything to cause that error.
  23. Do you see anything blocked at all when you try to play in Filtering Mode? If so allow it, does it work then?
  24. No it seems to have moved to the one you can see there. Okay understood, thanks for putting it in the form, we'll get that moved in the next cloud update.
  25. The first one is an authentication server so that is fine. For the second one that is mislocated as you've found so if you could put that in the form it would be really helpful. If you zoom out on the map do you see it elsewhere at all?
