  1. @Hammy sorry to hear you're having this issue, could you have a look at the first post here please? That will help us narrow down the cause of the issue https://forum.netduma.com/topic/33667-having-disconnect-issues-please-post-here/#comments
  2. All you need to do is adjust the radius or polygons to just cover Brazil and block any other country like the US that has a lot of servers and you should be able to force them if they're available.
  3. That one is a server misclassified as a peer, if you put the ID in the form we can correct it.
  4. In the Device Manager give your PC the PlayStation device type and then re-add it to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option. For Traffic Prioritization you can use that service and it will prioritize fine.
  5. What PC game are you playing? We may need to re-test the game and re-classify it. If setting it manually works then do that, no harm doing it that way.
  6. Background traffic is just traffic that isn't being prioritized. You only want to prioritize the most important packets e.g. your game packets, if you prioritized more than was necessary then it would give you adverse affects. If your game is being prioritized when you're playing that that's all good.
  7. Thanks! Make sure you get it in the form otherwise it won't get sent along to Alex to do the update.
  8. Okay do this please on Chrome: Right click the page Go to Inspect Element In the Window that appears go to Network Click the Disable Cache option Hold the Chrome refresh button until you get the Empty Cache and Hard Reload option Select that option Then see if it loads.
  9. What web browser are you using? Clear the browser cache/cookies and try another browser like Chrome if that doesn't work.
  10. I would go with the XR1000. The hardware is more future proof and it also has DumaOS 3.0 pre-installed that is similar to the current versions of the R2.
  11. The form has now been fixed.
  12. Really sorry about that. I've just spoken to him and he said he will do it tomorrow.
  13. As far as I know it should ship within the next week. You can always email [email protected] to check on the status of your order.
  14. There isn't a DMZ function on that version of the firmware, best to do a factory reset from the interface as it's quite the step down from the version you were on and likely remnants from the version that might cause issues like you're having.
  15. Do you need to enter any details in such as PPPoE etc for your connection?
  16. Yes that is right. You may need to clear your browser cache/cookies after downgrading if you can't access the interface properly. It really depends to be honest, you may be able to achieve 300, enter your speeds and allow it to auto setup for you.
  17. Here you are: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5k4pnnaxw7zkel6/R1-v-1-03-6i.sig?dl=0
  18. Okay great, thank you for confirming. Sorry about the inconvenience.
  19. Both versions should be relatively the same, again it's just what I've heard, I haven't had direct confirmation from NG or users yet so we'll have to see. It's their beta so on their forum: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/New-Firmware-v2-3-2-108/m-p/2014594
  20. I've chased him again, will keep chasing to get it done asap. Sorry for the delay so far.
  21. I will be posting a new XR500 build today which supposedly helps with that issue, I don't want to say definitely until users confirm it.
  22. We will do, does it work on the original firmware then for you?
  23. It should be the username/password that you login to the router interface with. If that isn't working then for router type select the actual router you're using to login instead of Auto and should work then.
  24. Okay thanks, will get the team to update asap next week.
