  1. It's not that simple, development is a long process and if it hits QA and bugs are found then they will be fixed which will ultimately push back when we can release it. We learnt a long time ago that it was better not to give dates.
  2. What do you mean by the button does nothing? You should hold it for 30 seconds, then release and wait 2 minutes. Then access the interface and you should be presented with the setup wizard, does that happen?

  14. The updated cloud systems is on our end to more efficiently and accurately upgrade the cloud. We'll be working with this next week and push out some updates, you don't need to do anything on your end, the router will download any cloud updates automatically.

  16. Okay interesting, you may only need to do that a few times and then it will work. Yes it will, we've upgraded our cloud systems which makes it a lot easier and accurate so we should put out an update soon.

  20. Thanks for the report, I've compiled a list of all the heatmap games that need to be updated and have passed it over to the team to update.
  21. When set to never it does override the slider value to essentially be off so for example: 100/100Mbps 50% set to Always = ~50Mbps 50% set to Never = ~100Mbps
  22. I've been seeing this recently actually - 14-25 ms on the server and like 80ms in game - it's the same with my ISP hub. Seems to have happened after the recent server maintenance they've done so it got a lot worse for me! When it's on that black screen look for a blocked icon on the map as there should be something that you can allow which will let you in.
  23. That makes sense as you're blocking all the other servers. What do you see when searching for a game? Have you selected one of those servers on the game to connect to as well?
  24. Thanks for that, what was the IP you gave the R2? On the System Information page does it show the same IP that you set?
  25. Thanks for the information, on the actiontec would you be able to set a static IP for the R2 to see if it can sustain a connection? Might be to do with the actiontec DHCP release renewing.
