Cloud updates are something that will always have to be done as IPs change all the time. We've just launched our own router so we certainly haven't given up on ourselves. I've asked Alex to do an update so I'm hopeful he'll do it soon. -

It is AC WiFi on the R2, we're making some WiFi improvements at the moment so if that is really important to you then maybe best to wait for the public firmware release due soon before purchase. -

That is coming in DumaOS 3.0, you will be able to delete all offline devices. I realize it is a frustrating wait and I apologize for that. We are working as hard as we can to get it out as soon as possible. -

Just look up ip location online, lots of sites that will allow you to do so. -
Does the speed just fluctuate throughout the day so it never stays too low for long? I don't think you need to get the line checked as the average ping is quite stable, as above you need to find the best Congestion Control percentages to limit those spikes as much as possible.
