  1. This is something we have wanted to do for a very long time, unfortunately getting it translated is very expensive. If we can do it we will definitely do so!
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how is it setup modem/bridge mode or R2 in its DMZ etc?
  3. Thanks for that, although given you've rebooted and the error isn't present it won't indicate anything unfortunately. How often does it seem to occur? Is there any pattern you can see as to when it happens e.g. after a few days, when changing a specific setting or using lots of bandwidth etc
  4. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access, go through the wizard then see if it is working. A factory reset is a good idea after an update as it removes any remnants from the previous version that may linger and cause issues.
  5. Did you do a proper factory reset after the update? I know you said you reset but do you mean a factory reset or a reboot?
  6. Totally understand, not a bother at all, thanks for checking in, I'll have a talk with Liam and see where we are with this.
  7. By WAN IP in this case we mean your public IP address, so if the IP is the same as what you gave us we'll use that, otherwise the forum provides us with your IP so we can use that instead. I think it's just a case of us checking the logs each time it happens to see if there are any indications. However, one of your last points could be it, you said you had disabled all DNS settings on the R2, do you mean you unticked Use Upsteam DNS and didn't enter any manual ones? If so that could be a reason - DNS is important and so it should be set one way or another.
  8. Pas de soucis, nous nous coordonnerons en interne et nous répondrons si nous avons des questions
  9. Thanks for letting us know, Liam has been off sick the last few days so I'll get him to look at it when he is back. It's likely the WAN IP of the R2 has changed since it has been off and so the DMZ on the modem is invalid, double check the IP then put it in the DMZ again on the modem and you should get an Open NAT.
  10. Hi Adrian, we don't give out dates for betas or firmware releases, any new information will be put in that table so you can see at what stage we are at. Assuming testing goes well it will likely change to preparing for release or something similar so you know it could release pretty quickly.
  11. The router on it's own won't cause issues like that, more likely settings need to be altered. Make a new topic with your setup details and screenshots of the settings you're using and we can advise from there.
  12. I would say that in most cases finding the 'perfect' settings that work every time is unlikely just due to the amount of variance in server loads, ISP congestion etc. What I would suggest aiming for is the best settings you can find that gives you a great experience the majority of the time with the expectation that some of your games won't be great due to all the variables that come with networking.
  13. Thanks, you too!
  14. As it's late and the weekend now (based in the UK) Liam won't be able to check this until Monday so go ahead and reset it so you have normal internet and we'll still have the info
  15. In the list of games the list you created will be right at the top of the list. To edit or delete click the pencil icon next to your list. How are you adding a server to the list exactly?
  16. No worries about that, as we've enabled remote logging we'll have detailed logs on our end, I'll pass it on for Liam to have a look.
  17. You can absolutely enable those yes, you don't need to do anything on the R2 to allow it to work
  18. Just toggle Filtering Mode off on the Geo-Filter page
  19. Disable the Geo-Filter as we haven't tested that game at all, then it should work just fine
  20. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes, attempt access, if it doesn't work hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface
  21. Is that using the default credentials: Username: admin Password: password
  22. The only thing to do would be a factory reset there, there are no other methods of creating space via the interface, the team will be able to take a further look this week
  23. Thanks for all that, I believe the dev will be next week so we'll finally be able to connect in and get you sorted
