I mean the table there does seem to show the average speeds across the world still aren't that high so only a small amount of people would benefit, if a particular country made up the majority of our sales and had those kind of speeds readily available it would make sense but I don't think we're at that stage yet. Closest would be the XR700 but it's no longer made so would have to be bought second hand. Not ruling it out, just right now I don't think that's our focus, we generally let Netgear do the big hardware and we focus on the software.

Hey everyone, it's been a long time coming, I feel your pain, the wait is (basically) over! So we were planning to put the XR700 out today in Early Access, the mobile view you may have seen on the R2 requires the app to have that working on the 700 rather than a mobile web browser, as of now it's looking as though the app will be approved/go out on the respective app stores on Monday so we're holding off on the grand launch until then as without it you're missing a big part of what has gone into the update. HOWEVER, I know you guys have been waiting for a long time and so I wanted to at least give you something. So, if you absolutely cannot wait until Monday, please post below and I will PM you the firmware. Do keep in mind you'll be missing the updated mobile view which is a big part of it. I will like your post when I've sent you a PM with it.

It doesn't open ports, it's just for prioritizing the game but if you can get us a capture of the traffic by following this guide we can get it added much easier: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51505-adding-new-games-and-applications-to-dumaos/ Otherwise you can use the Games Console option in the meantime and that will prioritize the game.

It's certainly not common place at the moment to have connections that fast, for example in the UK where we are based we're only just starting to see connections above 1Gbps but not above 2Gbps. This would all significantly increase the price of the router and we like to keep it at an affordable level so that a lot of people can experience DumaOS. We're certainly not opposed to it and maybe we'll have a higher spec and lower spec router in the future but we are a software company so things like this will take time.

No I wouldn't recommend using that, it won't stick to your settings as much in favor of finding a fast game

Yes that is correct, I would usually advise using the radius rather than only Ping Assist but whatever works best for you!

With that setup you could connect to any servers you have under a 200ms ping to so it's not advised. If you have the Geo-Filter not filtering then regardless of Ping Assist it won't be doing anything.

If you're on an Early Access firmware post in the Early Access section if you have an issue, it makes more sense why it may not be working compared to the public version. I can't see how one device would start working and the other wouldn't when there is no specific settings towards them, I'm not sure it's entirely the router issue. How did you have SmartQoS set exactly?

This really doesn't make much sense. If you disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu icon does it work then?
