  1. It'll be covered by the EA Sports option
  2. The app isn't available currently on the Play store if that's what you're referring to, we're fixing that currently
  3. I responded to you on Instagram but we can continue here: Hello, sorry to hear you're having this issue. Clear your browser cache/cookies then try again please, do you have a browser based Adblocker that could be blocking it?
  5. Yeah that's true, very interesting, sounds like they definitely do compensate for less stable connections. Well done on getting it figured out!
  6. Access routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm or 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm and reboot from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then check again please
  7. Could you download the log from the icon on the log panel please after you have reproduced the error and attach it here please?
  8. Maybe you're getting some kind of lag compensation for the slightly higher ping or the less stability you have the more it helps you
  9. I don't believe so, you would need to have the ISP modem/router handle that instead with the 700 connected to it.
  10. The whole console should be behind the VPN, that's how we've designed it, you're only gaming at the time so nothing else needs to go through. However, based on what you've said it means you don't have the correct ports added that changes the location. You're missing ports basically, just because you're connecting to a site with HTTPS doesn't mean that is the port they use to determine your IP address. Do NOT VPN these services = the ports/applications/services you add will not be behind the VPN, everything else on the device will be behind the VPN. Only VPN these services = the opposite, only what you add will be behind the VPN
  11. I've just replied to your email but yes it has been dispatched!
  12. Could you resync the cloud from the Device Manager and Geo-Filter please then try again and also provide a screenshot of your System Information page please?
  13. Interesting, if you re-enable QoS and set the download/upload sliders to 70%, then initiate one of those transfers/downloads, does the CPU hit 100 and cause the same issues?
  14. Without the VPN enabled could you do a Connection Benchmark test and post a screenshot of the results please? Also do a Ping Heatmap ping of the game and provide a screenshot of the results please.
  15. Are you using a VPN server close to your location?
  16. It will still be going through the router, try using it with HybridVPN instead so it's directly on the router, then see if that works
  17. On the Congestion Control panel click the icon and disable it from there please then see if you can connect
  18. Yeah that's nothing basically, it's not enough to cause any local congestion or delay so it looks like a game side issue with whatever they're doing with the internet aspect in those game modes
  19. It's an IPv6/authentication server so that shouldn't really be impacting you at all. When you're playing the single player, have a look at the Network Monitor, how much traffic is being used for the console?
  20. Does the CPU hitting 100% and throttling only happen when using local traffic on the NAS or does it happen if you're downloading from the internet as well for example? Also is the NAS directly attached via USB to the router?
  21. I'll pass it on to the team to have a look at. Entirely up to you really, if you want to use 3.3 then best to have the 500 as the main router with the AX WiFi of the 1000 in AP mode. I think upgrading using TFTP would probably help you as it bypasses the boot process. https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-a-TFTP-client-on-Microsoft-Windows you could use nmrpflash instead which people seem to have more success with. You may need to downgrade firmware to a much older one so you can enable telnet. Once you've upgraded via TFTP you can factory reset and it should be smoother from then on.
  22. Thank you, I will pass it on.
  23. So you're playing Single player essentially and without it connected to the internet it performs better? I can only think that they must be collecting stats in real time on the match for some reason via the internet which is causing some delays, it really shouldn't but that's the only explanation I can think of.
  24. Okay interesting, do keep us posted! That is normal, the Geo-Filter can't tell when you're hosting or not so we do suggest either being the party leader or disabling it if someone else is going to be the leader.
