  1. Are you using the basic setup or advanced? If basic you will need to use Advanced and obtain the OpenVPN configuration files from Pure then enter that in and it should work. If that's what you're already doing please provide the config.
  2. I'll PM you with some ideas!
  3. Just delete the device or toggle filtering mode off
  4. Bufferbloat only occurs when the network is saturated i.e. when all your bandwidth is being used up so at your speeds the only time bufferbloat is going to be a problem is when you're doing a download, otherwise there is plenty for everyone to use. QoS will also only apply to have your speeds so it won't be controlling your full speeds. I don't think that's your issue. Where are your closest servers, can you use the Geo-Filter to get closer games and therefore a lower ping?
  5. No that's not needed, is the Geo-Filter enabled for the device you're having trouble with? Disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu and try again
  6. We haven't removed anything/changed anything on HybridVPN for a long time
  7. It may be the Adblocker, if you disable that does it connect properly?
  8. It's certainly a good idea so I'm sure we'll look into it!
  9. Ah I see, getting around SBMM isn't something we support so we wouldn't change anything to make it easier
  10. Ah understood, best thing to check would be to see if it works when directly connected to your ISP modem/router. If it is region blocking then it would be an IP issue.
  11. Sounds like he's referring to ports rather than IP - we've never had an option to apply it to an IP
  12. What do you mean you're region blocked? Streaming services do usually only show you what is available in that country and you can only circumvent it by using a VPN. Have a look at our optimal settings guides here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  13. As long as you do the DMZ you won't have a double NAT issue. No need to disable DHCP, disabling WiFi could be good if there is a chance devices would auto connect to it otherwise
  14. We don't have a function to only apply it to a specific IP but maybe something for the future
  15. Not that they need to support it, sometimes ISPs need to approve a router to work with their setup if they require their own router to be used for example. You'll likely have better luck with the TP not in bridge mode, a factory reset could get it working again, keep us posted
  16. We don't hold any information on that as they're usually customer specific, if that's the only information you have then that is all you need. You may need to contact BT to approve the R2. Untick Daylight Savings Time then apply, does it show the correct time then?
  17. Is this with the bridge/modem mode enabled on the TP? If so do a reboot cycle on each and see if it works.
  18. In the menu of HybridVPN enter the DNS from the config and see if that works please
  19. If it's connected the config is working, could you provide a screenshot of how you've added the device then please?
  20. As in you put that WAN IP in and it didn't allow you to save? If you're using the DMZ PPPoE isn't required on the R2, if you're using it as modem/bridge then yes you'll need the PPPoE details in the R2 which is done in Settings > WAN, you need to select PPPoE
  21. You may need to clear your browser cache/cookies, the browser may be trying to load the old wizard
  22. The config is fine, the CoD service may need to be updated, use the ports instead that the game uses and it should apply
  23. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  24. It's the WAN IP you would need to put in the DMZ on the TP, in this case that's 192.168.1.127 then it'll work, see if it's working better after that
  25. What specifically isn't working, when you enter the VPN details it says failed instead of connected or it's connected but when adding your device it isn't replying? If the former please provide the config you're using and if the latter please provide a screenshot of how you added the device.
