If you're directly messaging that's probably why you haven't received a response yet as we get so many direct messages, it's best to make a topic and we'll always get back to you - it's nothing to do with the router you're using, we'll support everyone equally. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  5. When that happens is the biggest icon on the map the one in your radius? If so could you provide its ID please? It may be incorrectly located in which case we can move it to prevent that happening again

  8. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? Are they in instant on/standby modes and perhaps downloading updates in the background?
  9. No there isn't, Smart Connect decides the band based on the usage automatically

  11. Try giving them reserved IP addresses in DHCP and see if that prevents it
  12. For multiple devices you would have to port forward 3074 for one device and then 3075 for the other device and they can then both get an open NAT
  13. Very hard to say just from that information, when you have that high ping in the game, what does Auto Ping say on the Geo-Filter?
  14. There is .41 you can use. I don't have a time frame, I won't be giving out ETAs any longer, I'm sure it won't be long but the more we rush firmware the more likely it is to introduce new issues
  15. You're not able to change the lease unfortunately. Best thing to do would be to reserve IP addresses for devices so they don't go through the renewal process
  16. Disable Smart Connect in WiFi settings, this will split 2.4/5GHz into two separate WiFi connections you can use so you can then connect the Sonos directly to the 2.4GHz.

  20. As in you're finding it hard to force the servers there? There might be a list online someone but generally all the CoD games use the same server locations but as it is an older game some may have been taken down. Yes it is disappointing that there are so few servers outside EU & NA.
  21. Steady Ping by design raises your ping to absorb any spikes/fluctuations in the game to give you a smoother more consistent ping for the entirety of the match but you can play without it if you wish, glad that fixed it for you.

  23. No definitely not everyone, I don't have the issue either. I have to remind myself as well sometimes but when looking at the support forum you're only going to see people with issues and that percentage of the customer base is very small compared to those that aren't posting/commenting.
  24. The largest icon on the map is your game server so in this case it is the one in your radius - using Auto Ping will confirm as it only pings the host. The one in Brazil will be an authentication server required for online play and won't affect your game ping.
