  1. What is the MAC address of the device? That'll help me pin point it in the logs
  2. The function of DHCP is to hand out IP addresses to connected devices so if you disable this without having set a static/reserved IP the gateway can't give an IP to a device and therefore you won't get internet, that's why that happened. The unloaded ping is good so there isn't an inherent problem, the active ping is bad so it does indicate that you need to enable QoS and fine tune it to get those values down.
  3. IP databases will never be 100% accurate, if it's showing in your country then that is good and will not affect your experience whether the city name is wrong at all. The Geo-Filter ping looks good, looks like it's going up to 20ms, try with steady ping enabled, do you get a better experience then? Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then and stop you getting games outside the radius.
  4. I'll pass it on to the team!
  5. Give the device a static/reserved IP on the R3 then, disconnect it from WiFi and reconnect and see if it happens again
  6. Good catch, I'll pass that onto the team, thanks!
  7. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN then check again please
  8. If all goes to plan it'll come this month
  9. Are devices connected directly or are they behind a switch/extender/AP?
  10. Thanks for the report, I'll pass it on!
  11. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  12. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  13. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when you connected that far away outside the radius please?
  14. What changed between it working and not working, anything you can think of?
  15. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode What are your Congestion Control/SmartBOOST settings? Are you using the Geo-Filter to get a close server?
  16. Just to clarify, the R3 is handling PPPoE now? If so that's likely why the speeds are a little lower, we'll boost that if we can but you should see higher speeds for the moment with DHCP. You should set what the router is actually receiving really so QoS can work optimally. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. Best to adjust Congestion Control manually for the moment from Ping Optimizer > Advanced.
  17. That's great to hear, keep us posted!
  18. You've set it up perfectly!
  19. That's really great to hear, thank you for letting us know about your experience!
  20. You don't need to do that, our team would need to want to implement something like this first before we seek collaboration, I'll pass it on
  21. Can you provide the logs from the System Information page when you see that happen please?
  22. Are you making settings changes prior to launching the game?
  23. Let's continue in the other topic as you're having the same issue, will be easier to keep track of what has been suggested already
  24. It could be the above, it could also be the ethernet cable connecting the R3 to the gateway, try with another and see if it continues, if it does it'll be the above. Should be resolved early next week.
