Looking at the configs there is no difference other than the server domain that changes between them so its likely to be on the VPN side - could you provide the VPN logs when it fails to connect please?

You need to add your device to the HybridVPN and then it will work - it's currently not applying to anything

You need to open each of those files that it mentions in the config and then paste them into your config like this: <ca> contents of ca.crt pasted here </ca> <cert> contents of client.crt pasted here </cert> <key> contents of client.key pasted here </key> then copy everything in the file you've made and put that in HVPN and it should work. I've got a meeting with the team tomorrow so I can bring this up and see where we are at with it.

It has not been abandoned for the R3, we've been very open with the fact DumaOS 4 won't be coming to the XR range but the XR1000 will receive 3.3 to bring it in line with the other routers in the range. Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS and Geo-Filter pages please as I can likely help you with the issues you're having.

It's unlikely, the soonest they would have been able to do anything was 10am this morning (BST), they will get it done

What's the issue you're having with it exactly - the VPN won't connect or when adding devices their IP hasn't changed? Can you provide the config you're using as well as a screenshot of how you've setup the feature please?

We're aware that it's not filtering 100% of the time, they're using proxies/relays so it's not as easy, it will take time to see if we can fully filter it. What firmware version are you on currently?

Disable IPv6 in WAN/LAN, then reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then check the speeds again, what do you get? Are you using PPPoE or VLAN? I've responded in your topic

We do need to do more work on IPv6 but I'll make sure the team are aware of this specific issue.

That's great to hear! I would suggest disabling IPv6 for LAN/WAN at the moment, we're aware there needs to be more work done there
