  1. Just to clarify, directly connected to the modem you do get internet? When connected to power are the lights on the router? Are you able to access the R2 interface?
  2. Are you playing over ethernet or WiFi? How do you have Congestion Control set?
  3. What game is it you're playing? Do you notice your ping go up or become more unstable? What firmware version are you on? Could you provide the logs when it happens please and we can take a look.
  4. I'll make a request for it, thanks for the suggestion
  5. Could you disable IPv6 and then see if it works as expected please?
  6. 70% is our recommended starting point but it's by no means necessarily the best value for everyone/setup. Have a look at this guide while doing downloads to saturate your connection https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping disable Speed Test Bypass also. Start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  7. Are you using Armor by any chance? Do both devices have the private/random MAC addresses option enabled? If so disable that and see if that is any better please
  8. So you couldn't even get it to start working again? Take the Starlink out of bypass mode, put the XR in its DMZ and see if it can more consistently get IPv6 then please
  9. Okay gotcha, so XR plugged directly into wall/ont? Are you using PPPoE/VLAN/IPv6 or DHCP identifiers for a connection?
  10. Tech can be very strange sometimes, I think in some cases it gets into a weird state so leaving it off for awhile can help. Glad its working now though!
  11. Do you have a specific game in mind?
  12. Let me check in on this and get back to you on Monday
  13. What percentage are you using for upload and what results is it giving you? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  14. Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? What speeds do you actually pay for/receive?
  15. File sharing/having it as a NAS has actually been requested so we'll look into it!
  16. Make the IPv6 work then grab the logs from the System Information page when it stops working please and I can see if there is anything in there that points to the issue
  17. What do you get using the same devices but with 5GHz?
  18. Are you leaving your console in an instant on/standby state? If so power it off fully then on then check again please
  19. Try the 6to4 tunnel and see if that works, does auto detect not do it at all? Is the XR in the DMZ on the Starlink router?
  20. You can enable OFDMA yes and that might improve it, otherwise ensure there aren't any wireless devices e.g. headphones etc in close proximity to the router as that could influence it. That 350 is going to be about the max for 2.4 in perfect scenario so if you want better speeds on wifi definitely use 5GHz
  21. Okay thanks, I'll get the team to reproduce that
  22. Check the IP address of your gaming device on the device itself, then check the Device Manager for the device you think it is, do the IPs match? The CPU will be fine but a reboot will bring it down if you're worried it's affecting you. We're aware of the visual high usage statement and will sort that.
  23. It still works for 2.4GHz! 5GHz will always be better for speed though
  24. This is likely a cache issue, clear browser cache and refresh and you should see them
