MWIII Spanish Servers lagging today
Netduma Fraser replied to Luis Gomes's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I'm still waiting on Alex for that I believe though he has done some I think -
Okay gotcha, seems fine!
-
If you change the lighting mode/color to something different does the same thing happen?

Just any you come across when you come across them is fine, we can usually determine a large group from just a few IDs -
Can you provide a screenshot of that page please?

Anytime that happens just provide the IDs and we can correct them -
congestion control not work with waveform
Netduma Fraser replied to justin peryea's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It's probable the Verizon test is only available and works as expected when connected directly to their hardware. What other sites are you using to test? What does the speedtest on the R3 show you can get? -
What do you mean you've given the R3 a static route? Other than what you have mentioned it all sounds fine

As the team are not here for the holiday (Fri & Mon are national holidays in the UK) it's unlikely!

EAFC 24 PC geo filter not working
Netduma Fraser replied to Authentik06's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I don't think you need to reset, try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. -
Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?

congestion control not work with waveform
Netduma Fraser replied to justin peryea's topic in Netduma R3 Support
The Verizon speed test will be going from the modem directly to them so it's probably not even hitting the open internet. Sounds like the cable from the ONT to the modem or R3 might be limited/faulty, if you replace it do you get better speeds from different sites? -
MWIII Spanish Servers lagging today
Netduma Fraser replied to Luis Gomes's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Sounds like the server is experiencing heavy load, as it is the weekend that is more likely to be the case! -
Reserve IPs for the devices in that case and see if it still happens please

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Thank you, so it should be in Spain? Where is it appearing currently? -
All it does is automatically ping the host of the game for you so unless you want to do it manually I'd suggest leaving it enabled
-
Reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes and see if you have internet then. How are you determining the router is restarting itself?

congestion control not work with waveform
Netduma Fraser replied to justin peryea's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Interesting comments above, I mean there is no reason why the speed suddenly isn't there but yes do try the XR MAC if you received the correct speeds with that -
You do not need to change them, leave them on default, you will see no benefit changing them. If you're really interested you can find some information about it here: https://kb.netgear.com/21661/What-is-a-Routing-Information-Protocol-RIP-and-how-does-it-work-with-my-managed-switch

Very well played!

EAFC 24 PC geo filter not working
Netduma Fraser replied to Authentik06's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Try this: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. -
R3 Stuck on bootlop first time booting
Netduma Fraser replied to DARKNESS's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I was under the impression it was the above, that makes sense right? However, no, apparently it does apply to all devices and I have no idea why that decision was made. I am trying to get that changed. -
Great to hear, thanks for the update!

In theory you shouldn't need to use their router no, if you needed VLAN you wouldn't have internet without it. Even with QoS fully disabled does the upload not move at all? If you use the Verizon router MAC address and set DumaOS to use that instead does that work better when just using ONT and router?
