  1. It's already on the Geo, QoS & Ping Heatmap
  2. I'd suggest making a separate topic for the R3 and we can troubleshoot there. For this one, access via 192.168.1.1 instead, does that work?
  3. IPv6 is disabled by default on this version but it shouldn't cause that kind of issue. How were you able to get access in the end? Are you turning the R3 off regularly for example at night? If so that's potentially why, routers are designed to be low power and always on and depending on your modem the boot order can be important to get internet.
  4. Just to clarify, you're saying that Steady Ping does not stabilize your games when the PS is set as a console in the Device Manager/added as a console to Geo, only when set/added as a PC? What game is it you're playing and how do you then add it to the Geo?
  5. In that firmware though we have specifically made improvements to the Geo-Filter which may help with the situation you're having here
  6. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  7. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to? Is that in bridge mode?
  8. It's not being reserved for anything specifically, but yes by having it set aside so no devices can use it, it means that bufferbloat can't happen as your connection can't be saturated. No Traffic Prioritization just prioritizes devices, it can't prevent bufferbloat, you have to use CC for that. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? What speeds do you pay for/expect? Have you entered these into the R2?
  9. It's not a different ratio, it's based on DPI and prioritizes whatever it detects, either the game is using more upload in that instance or it's not detecting everything at that time so we'd need to update what it classifies
  10. Okay so it'll be that particular server that is under load, otherwise if it was anything on your side the Geo-Filter would reflect the same spike. In that scenario add the server to the deny list and force another server.
  11. When this happens check the Geo-Filter ping, are you seeing the same spike in latency at all?
  12. It's less needed but I'd still advise it, you never know when an update may happen, plus you have so much bandwidth and gaming uses 1Mbps or less generally that you're not losing out by doing so.
  13. We don't have an ETA and we're not sure yet if it will be possible to do so or not. We'll add it back so it can be used with Steady Ping/so you can ping and see servers in the meantime.
  14. Yep Games Console - Normal (WAN)
  15. You won't get internet until you're able to complete the setup wizard. While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  16. They should actually show up but they may appear as offline on the Device Manager but you can still add them to Geo/SmartBOOST and they'll apply
  17. How did you do the reset? What do you see when trying to access? Can you access via the mobile app?
  18. Do a factory reset as it's a big change in firmware, I'm also sure this was already fixed on that version
  19. It's not available yet. You can get an idea of what it will include from this post https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/
  20. I don't think that's possible currently, it's like YouTube which we also can't block, the ads are served on the same URL as the video/stream which makes it very hard to block on the network side. It is something we're looking into to see if it is possible though.
  21. Please do the above as a workaround, we'll be testing it on PC and put out a cloud update to rectify it as soon as we're able to.
  22. Glad to hear that worked! How often is it happening exactly? What firmware version are you on currently?
  23. Check the IP on the PC itself and then check the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match? How have you added the device to the Geo-Filter?
  24. Disable that option and add your device manually to Traffic Prioritization and see if you get a better experience that way.
  25. Cancel it, reboot the router, wait 4 minutes before accessing then try again
