  1. Great to hear that! The initial things that spring to mind would be if it was added to the Geo-Filter, the other is Adblocker could potentially block it so try disabling that.
  2. It's also worth checking our YT channel which has some guides: https://www.youtube.com/@netduma
  3. I will chase Alex again. Sorry can you clarify, what do you mean a full/light server?
  4. I've chased again, sorry for the delays
  5. I suppose you can do this as mentioned by deleting/re-adding but something like a toggle switch would be easier, is that what you'd be after? You can select multiple applications at a time for one device It applies to the whole network if you don't add any rules I believe That's been long requested so may come in future We did have that on the old version so I'm not sure why it was removed, I'll add it to the list
  6. Okay thanks for the information, I'll pass it along!
  7. Exactly as above!
  8. Good responses above, also the router will download cloud updates periodically which can contribute as well as if you did an update from the router interface itself.
  9. You won't be able to stabilize every single server necessarily and from the looks of your ping there it doesn't seem to be needed, it's very flat! What game are you playing?
  10. Fair enough, thanks for the explanation!
  11. It's the only firmware for the XR that will start with 3.3 for the version number
  12. All you need to do in that instance is do a speed test elsewhere and then enter your correct speeds into the router - I know it's not automatic but it doesn't prevent you using the feature. XDefiant cannot be filtered at all at the moment so there isn't much need to have it added. I get your points but our hands are tied at the moment while we wait for NG.
  13. We don't add servers to the Geo-Filter - the Geo-Filter makes connections to what is available, if you cover that area you can connect to it.
  14. Adding a server to heatmap doesn't affect your ability to connect. If a server is available you can connect to it on the Geo-Filter
  15. No worries at all, thanks and you!
  16. That's not my domain but we can't give out contact information that isn't public
  17. I think we tried before but as it could be done with a server browser there wasn't much need - is it more matchmaking now than server browser? I can have the team check again
  18. Any is fine, I usually say PlayStation out of habit. Yes that's correct, on the R3 it'll just add - that manual filter option is on the R2.
  19. I'll chase Alex to add it to heatmap
  20. I'll chase Alex to add it to heatmap but it's not required for you to be able to play on that server with the Geo-Filter
  21. It shouldn't do it by that much but perhaps it was using expert mode at the time which can increase it a lot. It's disabled by default in firmwares going forward due to people getting a higher ping and not understanding why.
  22. Unblock that server, it may be required for online play which is why you can't connect without it. I'm sure we've tested BF in the past though and it's not very easily filterable.
  23. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  24. Give it a factory reset and try again please, sometimes that is needed
  25. Did you do so while you were still on the game? If so you'll need to restart your device then try again
