Okay thanks for the information, I'll pass it along!
-
Exactly as above!
-
Good responses above, also the router will download cloud updates periodically which can contribute as well as if you did an update from the router interface itself.

Fair enough, thanks for the explanation! -

It's the only firmware for the XR that will start with 3.3 for the version number -
XR1000 BETA NEWS?

All you need to do in that instance is do a speed test elsewhere and then enter your correct speeds into the router - I know it's not automatic but it doesn't prevent you using the feature. XDefiant cannot be filtered at all at the moment so there isn't much need to have it added. I get your points but our hands are tied at the moment while we wait for NG. -
Geofilter

We don't add servers to the Geo-Filter - the Geo-Filter makes connections to what is available, if you cover that area you can connect to it. -
eFootball 2024 (peer to peer)

Adding a server to heatmap doesn't affect your ability to connect. If a server is available you can connect to it on the Geo-Filter -
No worries at all, thanks and you!

XR1000 BETA NEWS?

That's not my domain but we can't give out contact information that isn't public -
I think we tried before but as it could be done with a server browser there wasn't much need - is it more matchmaking now than server browser? I can have the team check again
-
Any is fine, I usually say PlayStation out of habit. Yes that's correct, on the R3 it'll just add - that manual filter option is on the R2.
-
I'll chase Alex to add it to heatmap

Geofilter

I'll chase Alex to add it to heatmap but it's not required for you to be able to play on that server with the Geo-Filter -
It shouldn't do it by that much but perhaps it was using expert mode at the time which can increase it a lot. It's disabled by default in firmwares going forward due to people getting a higher ping and not understanding why.
-
Unblock that server, it may be required for online play which is why you can't connect without it. I'm sure we've tested BF in the past though and it's not very easily filterable.
-
That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
-
Give it a factory reset and try again please, sometimes that is needed
-
Did you do so while you were still on the game? If so you'll need to restart your device then try again
-
Ping Assist needs to be set to 0
-
By it's very nature it increases the ping to provide more stability
-
Sorry for the delayed response, I've given you early access here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ where we've just posted a new firmware, could you try this and see if you notice a difference please?
-
Very bizarre, any luck when disabling that option?

Permanently reduce bandwidth for a device?

Switch it to Always and see if it helps
