  1. You don't need a specific R1 adapter but as long as you get an adapter with these specs it will work: https://linitx.com/product/mikrotik-24v-1.2a-uk-power-supply/15170?/ad-g-shp-mikt&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsZGjiOq24wIVzLHtCh3fBQ_4EAQYASABEgIyLvD_BwE
  2. The built in speed test can provide different results based on your proximity to the servers it is using. The speeds being low there isn't necessarily an indication that your speeds are being limited. Enter your speeds in manually then do speedtest.net. They should be close to what you expect. It's likely you have Speed test bypass enabled in Ping Optimizer > Advanced which will bypass your Congestion Control settings and show you full speeds.
  3. Could you clarify how you did that? Based on the information provided your setup is the pure modem > R3 is that right?
  4. If it's the relay server issue I mentioned then no, it's nothing on your side, it's completely on the game side. If you want to do a factory reset then do it via the interface, I'd suggest a physical factory reset in case you can't access the interface for whatever reason or if the software reset didn't seem to apply.
  5. Okay that's good, try then manual port forwarding and it should open
  6. Have you blocked a device on the Device Manager or made a blocking internet rule, made port forwards, DMZ etc?
  7. We rarely need to put out a specific 'fix' for a game in terms of improving the connection, you have all the tools at your disposal to get the best connection possible. Other than that, it's as above, it's always like this every year at launch, the servers get slammed and so the connection is at it's worse, it will start to cool down and then Christmas will hit and then it'll happen again.
  8. I'd check if changing back to 192.168.1.1 for the LAN IP fixes this initially. If not, make sure you're accessing via HTTP not HTTPS. See if routerlogin.net provides you with better success. If you're using Armor try disabling that as well please. It looks like you're using a browser based Adblocker, it could be blocking the interface, either disable it then check or add http://192.168.1.1/ & http://routerlogin.net as a trusted site and then check please.
  9. Where are you checking the speeds, on speedtest.net? Can you provide a screenshot of the WAN & LAN settings pages please?
  10. Yes but I want you to be at a blank slate on that front - if you've made incorrect rules that could do the opposite of what you want
  11. Yes please follow the CG-NAT section at the bottom of this guide and let us know the results https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-3/open-nat/#cg-nat
  12. It's been 1 year, what firmware version are you on currently?
  13. Are you using the credentials you use to login to NordVPN on their website or the service credentials? It needs to be the latter that you should be able to access in your NordVPN dashboard
  14. Yes copy it into the configuration box on HVPN, enter your Nord credentials and connect. Then make rules that you want the VPN to apply to
  15. SmartBOOST > top right of the page > Settings > Toggle enabled off
  16. Does the same cable with a PC work when connected to the router?
  17. That modem doesn't have WiFi so the rest didn't apply to it, you could ignore what I said. As above, it's also possible you have a CG-NAT. Check with the Geo-Filter disabled and see if it is open then.
  18. Yeah we're already looking into that
  19. So the R3 WAN IP is in the DMZ on the BT hub right? Have you made any changes on the R3 for ports as well?
  20. It's still applying Congestion Control when you're playing using your set values
  21. It means it'll use a server within your radius to connect you to a server outside your radius
  22. The cable type doesn't matter, try a different cable and also try a different port on the router. If you've set manual network settings on the console remove them and make it automatic.
  23. You can do this yes but the ports are limited to 1Gbps so you'll get a 10th of the speeds you pay for through it, that doesn't matter for gaming though.
